* CZW management has added Alex Colon versus Matt Tremont to the WrestleCon line-up. Colon & the rest of BLKOUT are livid with CZW officials over what appears to be punishment for BLKOUT's actions at High Stakes! The rule against Tremont, however, still stands: if he is disqualified, he will be suspended.

* Over the weekend, management secured a couple of top independent stars to appear at CZW's WrestleCon show. Stay tuned for those announcements!

* Before Best of the Best, however, Excellent has a tall task ahead of him at Wrestlecon as he'll go one-on-one with Danny Havoc!

* Colt Cabana will be at Wrestlecon to record live Art of Wrestling & $5 Wrestling. In addition, CZW officials are happy to announce that "Boom Boom" will also be appearing at the Combat Zone, taking on CZW up-and-comer Shane Strickland. What a huge credit it would be for "The New Flavor" to record a win against Cabana!

* Earlier this week, it was reported that Alex Colon & the rest of BLKOUT were irate with CZW management over their decision to put Colon against Matt Tremont at Wrestlecon. Tremont is equally incensed with CZW officials, insisting that he is NOT a goon for the Combat Zone brass to punish others with. CZW management has responded by guaranteeing a shot at the CZW World Heavyweight title at Best of the Best! Both Tremont & Colon seem to be appeased the concession, although their animosity for CZW officials still exists.

* CZW management has been unsuccessful in making contact with Wired TV Champion Sami Callihan. The title, however, will be up for grabs at WrestleCon, whether Callihan show up or not.

* Over the weekend, CZW officials received a strange and somewhat disturbing message from Sami Callihan. Callihan informed CZW management that he WILL be at WrestleCon to defend the Wired TV title, & he has even chosen his opponent: his former Switchblade Conspiracy partner, Jon Moxley! While his selection seems odd, no one in the Combat Zone has seen or spoken with Sami since High Stakes. What is going on in the mind of the Callihan Death Machine?

* As of now, challengers for the CZW World Tag Team Championship have not been named for WrestleCon, & it appears that the tag team title bout for this weekend is in jeopardy. CZW officials apologize for not finding suitable contenders for the titles for one of CZW's biggest shows of the year.

CZW at WRESTLECON

* DJ Hyde comes to the ring, once again apologizing to the fans for not having a CZW World Tag Team Championship match scheduled for WrestleCon. As he explains that the Briscoe Brothers were unable to challenge OI4K for the titles due to the attack that they suffered from BLKOUT at High Stakes, BLKOUT comes to the ring. BLK Jeez reminds Hyde that neither he or Ruckus have matches booked for WrestleCon, & that they want the title match. DJ reminds him that they lost to the Irish Airborne at the CZW's 15th Anniversary Show, & they had no claim to another title shot. Ruckus then interjects that he was unable to compete in that match, & reasserts that CZW owes Jeez & himself another chance at the tag team titles. Hyde becomes irate, stating that they were the reason why there was no tag team championship match at WrestleCon, & threatens to fire them. As things continue to escalate, the Irish Airborne join them in the ring & tell DJ that they want to defend their titles tonight, & will accept BLKOUT's challenge. Begrudgingly, Hyde consents to the match, for the benefit of the CZW fans.

* Much to the surprise of many in attendance, Tremont abides by the rules & never risks being disqualified. Has CZW management gotten through to him?

* Sami Callihan is announced for his scheduled Wired TV Championship match against Jon Moxley. Callihan emerges from the back carrying a bag to the ring. Once in the ring, he grabs a microphone & announces that he refuses to defend the Wired TV title. He continues on to say that the Wired TV Championship is officially dead, & if CZW wants him to defend a title under ultraviolent rules, it would only be under his own terms. From the bag, he pulls out the Ultraviolent Underground belt, to the delight of the CZW crowd, before smashing it into Moxley's head to start the bout.

* OI4K were successful in fending off outside interference from BLKOUT members Joker & Alex Colon. Sami Callihan rushes to ringside, to the cheers of the fans, only to lay Jake Crist out with a Forearm 2 Remember! Dave Crist & the CZW fans are in shock, allowing BLKOUT to secure the win & the CZW World Tag Team titles as Callihan smirks from the curtain.

* Adam Cole continues to impress as CZW World Heavyweight champion. He won't have time to celebrate his victory over MASADA at WrestleCon, however, as he has the daunting task of defending the title against Matt Tremont at Best of the Best XIII next weekend. The last time these two men met in a Combat Zone ring, Cole left bloodied as a result of an attack from Tremont's fork, & the Bulldozer was suspended for it! There is no way that attack can elude the Panama City Playboy as he prepares for his next title defense.

* The participants in this year's Best of the Best tournament shined at WrestleCon! Shane Strickland, AR Fox, Greg Excellent, & Shane Hollister were all victorious leading into Best of the Best.

OI4K brethren Sami Callihan at Best of the Best for Callihan's recently revived Ultraviolent Underground title! Still offering no explanations for his recent acts & remaining a recluse, Callihan seems hellbent on destroying those closest to him.

* Also in non-tournament action, Dave Crist will meet CZW owner DJ Hyde! Like his brother, Dave must be looking for revenge against Sami Callihan, & a win over Hyde would put him in position to do so.
