GWF Revolution 7/12/96 Ringdome, Saturn
GWF Chaos Highlights
Ring: Co-Commissioners
Chaos and Commander Sam start the process of getting the GWF back to normal with Sam announcing the return of the Tag Team Tournament one week from today. The tourney will continue to be triple-elimination, with 16 teams participating this year. Chaos reveals the tournament will end on the last Sunday in September at the next PPV titled GWF Resurgence. Commander Sam ends by saying they will begin the search for a new commissioner soon. Chaos responds with a glare as if he is surprised by the news.
Match 1: Savage Kingdom (Wildcat & Stalker) w/ Beast Rider vs. Cosmic Forces (Matter & Anti-Matter) w/ Doomsayer
A long match ends when Matter pins Wildcat after POSITIVE CHARGE.
Backstage: Solaris
He introduces Heracles to Commander Sam. Sam likes his abilities, is excited to guide his career, and wants to introduce him to someone else.
Match 2: Cassandra vs. Maxine Babe w/ Vigilante
Maxine takes a lot of punishment but hangs in, helped with some interference by Vigilante. Cassandra eventually gets the win after a Valet Crack.
Locker Room: Amazonia
The warrior queen is with Serpent UnMan and knocks on Doomsayer's locker room door. Doomsayer has a big smile on his face and welcomes them in.
Match 3: Mace vs. Creeper
The match is surprisingly long and good, but Mace gets the predictable victory.
Backstage: Colossus
Commander Sam brings Heracles over to meet the fellow rookie. Sam tells Colossus he was asked to manage Heracles, and offers the same services to the youngster. Colossus is hesitant, but Sam convinces him by talking up his abilities. When Colossus gives in, Sam tells both his new charges that he will book them in a tag match later tonight.
Match 4: Pulsar Prime vs. Vyper w/ Darkos
Vyper pulls off a shocking quick victory with LEVIATHAN.
Commissioner's Office: Trainer Jim
He's looking for some sort of grudge match between his group and Cannibal's after last week's injury to Billy Joe Boxer. Chaos looks annoyed and tells him he'll make a Titan Death Match in tonight's main event between Enigma and Ursa Major. TJ leaves feeling like he didn't quite get what he wanted.
Match 5: Colossus & Heracles w/ Commander Sam vs. Deathknight II & Ghengis Khan
Sam's new team performs well, getting the win when GK gives up in Heracles' figure-four leglock.
Krakan's Corner w/ Reynard B. Guile
The manager reveals he will not enter Vanity Fair in the Tag Team Tournament. He plans on giving them a little break, but will come back with an even stronger unit.
Wrestler Check-In:
-Doomsayer preparing UnMan for some sort of experiment? -Mutant washing Alpha Force's ring outfit -Trainer Jim pumping Ursa Major up for main event
Match 6: Ursa Major vs. Enigma in a Titan Death Match
The match is fun, but stays in the ring and didn't really need to be a non-DQ contest. Enigma ends up winning after a Face Mangler.
Locker Room: Futurists
The remaining team of Infinity-Plex, Dorado Sundown, and Rhea are laying low when a note is slid under their door. Rhea opens the door and looks around, trying to see who left the note but is unable to find anyone. She reads it to the rest of her group: "Meet me next week at this address to discuss your future in the GWF."

Both members of MS absorb a lot of punishment, but the match reaches its 10-minute time limit and is a draw. The Gods wait until Meteor Storm leave the ring after celebrating the draw like they won belts, and then acknowledge the crowd. The crowd gives them a standing ovation for their years of entertainment.
Backstage: Greek Gods
Most wrestlers on the GWF roster are waiting to say their good-byes, and the Gods make their way through each one before heading to Doomsayer's time machine, and heading back to ancient Greece.
Match 4: Mutant vs. Marcel de Sade w/ Darkos
Mutant wins the match with a running clothesline, but when Splatter jumps out of the crowd, things get wild. Mutant is slammed hard by Arsenal, but Darkos and de Sade go after the masked psycho in retaliation from earlier attacks. Exo-King entered the ring to unnecessarily break up the pin try, and as the referee tries to get him back to the corner, the Bishop hits HELLFIRE. The three-count is reached, and Exo argues about the ending.

The Futurists are walking through a destroyed part of Head City, looking for the address left them last week. When they find the building, they all look at each other in disbelief. "What?" Sam responds. Chaos stands and says "I am the Commissioner of the GWF, and I refuse to give up my power." Sam gets in his partner's face and scowls "We are the current Commissioner. Don't forget that."

The Ani-Man demands that Occult Overlord let Ram off his leash and face him tonight. Overlord comes out and says he will allow it, but Badger must not be at ringside or interfere in any way.
Match 3: Vanity w/ Cassandra vs. Beast Rider
Vanity comes out with his former valet instead of his manager Reynard B. Guile. Is there some tension there after RBG disbanded Vanity Fair? The question goes unanswered, and Vanity loses the match by DQ when Cassandra disrupts a pin attempt by hitting BR in the head with a high-heeled shoe.
Rundown Building: Futurists
As the Futurists go deeper into the mysterious building, they notice each room gets a little nicer the further in they go. Overlord recovers and goes to attack, but Badger runs down and lands several punches on the manager. Badger then goes after Ram, but the former Ani-Man stays elusive by rolling out of the ring, collecting Overlord, and leaving.

great show... but are the Greeks really gone? and the remaining Futurists make me think not done yet as time travel can mess up more still Yes, the Greeks are really gone, but wrestlers always pop up long after retirement so maybe I'll have some sort of inspiration for them in the future. When I got back into the game, I tried to match up Tom's retirement to my own fed, but I realized I wasn't done with certain wrestlers yet...lol. I had retired Actagon already, but he came back for this story, so never say never. As for the Futurists...now that they're with Magnus Colby, they are most definitely not done yet.
