Each man survived the other’s finisher during the match, with Caelum surviving back-to-back uses of Keller’s THE TEN COUNT. Caelum stunned Keller with a shoulder breaker, which was forceful enough for Keller to roll out of the ring. Caelum, sensing he had Keller on the ropes, quickly threw Keller back into the ring and applied his finisher for the submission win (3 points for Caelum).

Match Notes: A match of the year candidate that ended the round robin tournament in a thrilling way. Caelum survived TRIP TO HADES three times during the match (including two successively) to regain the advantage and eventually apply his CAELUM’S GRIP for an extended period on Morpheus (twice successively). Morpheus refused to submit, and the match eventually became a back-and-forth battle that ended when Caelum was thrown from the top turnbuckle. Morpheus hit his finisher for a fourth time to finally get the pin and the tournament win (3 points for Morpheus, 9 points total).

GWF Ringside Report

Morpheus’ victory in the round robin tournament at GWF 32 has earned him yet another title shot against GWF Galaxian champion Omega, which he will receive at GWF 33. Morpheus was unsuccessful in his two prior attempts to wrest the title from Omega. Will the third time be the charm?

In their first match against each other at GWF 31, Commander Sam defeated Mangus in the ring, but the Cygnusian won the battle with a vicious post-match attack on Sam. The two enemies will square off again at GWF 33, and, with additional matches likely to occur, it appears that this new version of the Earth vs. Cygnus Wars has just begun.

Dorado Sundown and Paladin Power have dominated the GWF’s tag team division in the brief history of the federation, as they are the only two teams to hold the GWF Tag Team Titles. The two teams are set to meet again with the titles at stake at GWF 34. However, a one-night single elimination tournament will occur at GWF 35 that will feature four of the other tag teams in the GWF, and both Dorado Sundown and Paladin Power have agreed that whichever team holds the GWF Tag belts after GWF 34 will defend those titles against the tournament winner at GWF 36.

Ricken Prince has found himself battling against both members of Defiance in recent weeks, due to his attack on both men back at GWF 29. Most recently, Prince was laid out by both Blood and Jammer in a post-match attack at GWF 31. Prince has vowed revenge on Defiance for the attack, but will first attempt to get himself into the GWF Galaxian Title picture by taking on Screw at GWF 33.

Match Notes: Cosmos had the advantage early, and even hit Mimic with THE MASTERDROP. However, Cosmos missed a running clothesline and hit the turnbuckle, and his silent opponent applied his finisher for an extended period to gain the win.

The Mensans (Cordsar and Trotarus) vs. The Wind Riders (Rama and Tano)
Trotarus defeated Rama with MENSAN LOCK at 8:06

Match Notes: The Mensans were the aggressors for the majority of this match. A struggling Tano made a defensive tag to Rama, only for Rama to continue his partner’s struggles. Quick tags by the Mensans, and failed attempts by Rama to tag out, led to Trotarus eventually getting the win for his team.

Match Notes: The match ended shortly after the bell was rung, as Defiance jumped into the ring and attacked Prince. The beatdown lasted for a few seconds, until Screw intervened and began exchanging blows with both Blood and Jammer. Prince recovered and joined Screw in brawling with Blood and Jammer until security finally arrived to take control.

Match Notes: Mangus took advantage of Sam’s attempt to brawl on the ring floor, slamming Sam on the announcer’s table. He then threw Sam back in the ring and hit the neckbreaker for the win, adding a few boots to Sam’s midsection after the match.

Match Notes: A match of the year candidate that featured back-and-forth action early, then an extended time frame dominated by Santon offensively. Caelum survived Santon’s SPIKE PILEDRIVER twice and eventually got the advantage. However, Caelum was caught by Santon while attempting a cross body block from the top turnbuckle. Santon power slammed Caelum, hit two neckbreakers and an atomic knee drop, and covered Caelum for the three count.

Match Notes: Omega barely survived an early TRIP TO HADES from Morpheus – the referee made a three count, but quickly said that Omega raised his left shoulder off the mat just prior to his hand hitting the mat the third time. Omega would gain the advantage and, after a failed sunset flip by Morpheus, hit his finisher for the win.

Fun card. Looks like the Prince might have found a tag partner to deal with Defiance. Is there going to be a controversy after Omega's win? Either way he keeps showing why he's a legend. Keep it up.

GWF Ringside Report

Omega successfully defended his GWF Galaxian Title against Morpheus at GWF 33, but it wasn’t without some controversy, as the referee had counted Omega down for a three count but quickly reversed his decision, saying that Omega had raised his shoulder just before his hand hit the mat the third time. Video replay has shown that the referee did indeed make the correct call in allowing the match to continue, and Morpheus has agreed. However, he has privately expressed frustration to those closest to him over not being able to defeat Omega for the title.

Omega, meanwhile, will make his next defense of his GWF Galaxian Title at GWF 35. Santon, fresh off an impressive victory over Torin Caelum, will take on K.O. Keller at GWF 34 for the right to challenge Omega for the title at GWF 35.

Ricken Prince’s feud with Defiance added a new dimension at GWF 33. Blood and Jammer attacked Prince prior to his match against Screw, but Screw came to Prince’s aid to even up the odds. When asked about his getting involved, Screw said he’s had firsthand experience dealing with sneak attacks and being outnumbered and simply wanted to make it a fair fight. He and Prince have agreed to team together and have challenged Defiance to a match at GWF 34. They have named their team Rock Solid for those matches.

Match Notes: Cosmos whipped Silvar into the turnbuckle and attempted to follow it with a running clothesline. Silvar moved, and Cosmos crashed head first into the top turnbuckle. Silvar pushed Cosmos to the mat and got the easy pin.

Match Notes: Mimic applied his sleeper hold finisher numerous times throughout the match to weaken Caelum. His approach paid off, as yet another application of his finisher finally put Caelum down for the count.

Screw defeated Blood with a middle rope clothesline at 18:42

Match Notes: A great match in which Prince and Screw dominated the offense. Late in the match, Prince hit ROYAL DECREE on Blood and then tagged in Screw. Prince would then attack Jammer, and the two would brawl at ringside, Screw, meanwhile, hit a Tombstone piledriver on Blood, following it with a middle rope clothesline for the pin.

Match Notes: Sam had the advantage but failed on a sunset flip attempt. Mangus would then hit his finisher twice successively to get the win. After the match, Mangus threw Sam over the top rope onto the ring floor and attempted to attack him with a steel chair, but was prevented from doing so by security.

Match Notes: The match was over as soon as it began. Keller reversed being whipped into the turnbuckle. Santon hit hard, and was met by a powerful clothesline. Keller then hit his finisher for the quick win.

Match Notes: Moonstrike made a defensive tag to Solar Flare after being hit with SUNDOWN by Blacklash.
