GWF 6 (2075.02) Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Mars
Defiance (Blood and Jammer) vs. CrossCurrents (Thetis and Vortex) Jammer defeated Thetis with BAD NIGHT at 7:50 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Blood and Jammer successfully cut the ring in half, preventing Thetis from tagging in Vortex during the match. Using a quick tag strategy, Blood and Jammer were able to punish their opponent (Thetis had 5 tokens) before Jammer finally put him away with his finisher.
Morpheus vs. Santon Santon defeated Morpheus with SPIKE PILEDRIVER at 12:03 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: A hard-fought battle both in and out of the ring, Morpheus survived one SPIKE PILEDRIVER from Santon, only for Santon to hit him with a second one for the win.
GWF Tag Team champions Paladin Power (Moonstrike and Solar Flare) vs. K.O. Keller and Commander Sam – nontitle match Solar Flare defeated Commander Sam with PALADIN MISSILE at 7:30 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Keller and Sam acquitted themselves well and had the Titans off balance. With Sam in the ring, Torpor made an appearance at ringside and attempted to interfere, only to take fists to the face from both Keller and Moonstrike. However, the distraction was enough for Sam to make a rookie mistake when he missed an elbow drop on Solar Flare, who hit a fallaway slam and his finisher to get the pinfall victory for the champs.
Jack Hood vs. Screw – best of 7 series, match 1 Screw defeated Jack Hood with FREAKISH FACE SLAM at 5:41 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: A short match that nevertheless left both men bloodied, Screw was able to get the better hand over his somewhat rusty opponent in a brawl on the floor ringside and hit his finisher in the ring for the win. Ring security rushed the ring afterwards to prevent any post-match violence between the two men.
GWF Galaxian champion Torin Caelum vs. Omega – GWF Galaxian Title match Torin Caelum defeated Omega with CAELUM’S GRIP at 13:03 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: In an exciting match, the champ would survive both of Omega’s finishers (TOMAHAWK THRUST and COSMIC WAR DANCE) and regain the advantage. A top rope clothesline by Caelum was so forceful that it knocked Omega out of the ring and onto the floor, where the champ rolled the breathless challenger back in the ring for his submission finisher and the victory.

Santon continues to pull off surprising victories... This time over Morpheus and I'm sure an argument could be made that he deserves to be in the title picture...
Thoroughly enjoyed the first match of the Hood vs Screw series... Sure there's plenty of violence still coming our way...
Exceptional job by Torin Caelum on retaining the title... Great stuff!

GWF Ringside Jack Hood and Screw both required stitches after their bloody bout at GWF 6. Hood acknowledged that he has some ring rust to shake off, but is confident that he will defeat his longtime rival in their best of 7 series.
Defiance and Dorado Sundown both have recent victories over CrossCurrents, and now will face each other at GWF 7 to see which team moves closer to a shot at the GWF Tag Team titles. Paladin Power, the current Tag Team champs, will be defending the titles at GWF 7 against The Mensans. CrossCurrents, meanwhile, continue to struggle thus far in the GWF, but remain hopeful of future success – they plan on taking a couple of cards off for some additional training, with a return scheduled at GWF 9.
Omega and Morpheus have announced a one-night, 4-man round robin tournament at GWF 8 to declare the #1 contender to the GWF Galaxian Title. The four men signed to compete in the round robin are Omega, Morpheus, K.O. Keller, and Santon. The wrestler with the most wins at the end of the night will be the #1 contender. If the night ends in a tie for first place, an additional tiebreaker match between those two men will occur that same night. To prepare, all four men will not take part in the upcoming card at GWF 7. However, GWF Galaxian champ Torin Caelum has announced that he will compete at the card, in a nontitle match against Ricken Prince. Prince, unhappy to be excluded from the round robin, was thrilled to get the opportunity to prove himself against the champ, with hopes of a future title match if he wins.
The matches signed for GWF 7 are:
Paladin Power vs. The Mensans – GWF Tag Team Title match Jack Hood vs. Screw – best of 7 series, match 2 Torin Caelum vs. Ricken Prince – nontitle match Defiance vs. Dorado Sundown Commander Sam vs. Torpor

GWF 7 (2075.03) Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Mars
Commander Sam vs. Torpor Commander Sam defeated Torpor with STAR SPANGLED BANNER at 8:38 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Sam survived Torpor’s CYGNUS AIR RAID finisher during the match, and hit his own finisher two consecutive times to earn the pinfall. Following the match, Torpor once again lashed out at Sam in frustration, attacking him ringside and hitting him with the ring bell before K.O. Keller was able to make the save. As security personnel escorted Torpor to the locker room, a bloodied Sam raged furiously ringside, overturning the timekeeper’s table before his mentor was able to calm him.
Defiance (Blood and Jammer) vs. Dorado Sundown (Blacklash and Bullwhip) Blood defeated Bullwhip with SCAR TISSUE at 3:28 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Bullwhip dominated Blood early, but he made a tag to Blacklash that the referee did not see. As he and Blacklash headed to the top turnbuckles for their RUSTLER’S STAMPEDE finisher, Jammer pushed him off the turnbuckle (out of sight of the referee, who was attempting to get who he thought was the illegal man, Blacklash, off his top turnbuckle perch) and he tumbled into the ring. As Blacklash pushed past the referee to attack Jammer, Blood recovered to hit his finisher for the winning pinfall on the actual illegal man Bullwhip. Furious, Blacklash made sure Blood and Jammer couldn’t celebrate their victory by attacking both with a steel chair, followed by him and his partner hitting RUSTLER’S STAMPEDE on both before security arrived.
GWF Galaxian champion Torin Caelum vs. Ricken Prince – nontitle match Torin Caelum defeated Ricken Prince with CAELUM’S GRIP at 1:36 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: The match was over almost as quickly as it began. Prince countered a Caelum arm bar and whipped him into the ropes, but was caught in a sunset flip attempt by the champ, who quickly rolled him into position to apply his submission finisher. After the match, the four wrestlers competing in the upcoming round robin tournament to crown the #1 contender to Caelum’s title came ringside. Omega, Morpheus, and K.O. Keller all shook the champion’s hand. Santon, however, simply stood with his arms crossed before heading back to the locker room by himself.
Jack Hood vs. Screw – best of 7 series, match 2 Screw defeated Jack Hood by disqualification at 7:28 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Both men’s previous wounds reopened pretty quickly, as this match between the POW legends once again became a bloodbath. While both men’s actions stretched the boundaries of legality, Hood took things too far during one of the match’s many skirmishes ringside when he pulled a foreign object out of his top hat and hit Screw with it. After being disqualified, Hood chased the referee back to the locker room. Scattered booing was heard from some fans ringside at the disqualification finish.
GWF Tag Team champions Paladin Power (Moonstrike and Solar Flare) vs. The Mensans (Cordsar and Trotarus) – GWF Tag Team Title match Solar Flare defeated Cordsar with PALADIN MISSILE at 4:08 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: The champs successfully cut the ring in half, preventing both Cordsar from tagging out defensively and Trotarus from interfering to save his partner from Solar Flare’s offensive onslaught. As the referee handed the championship belts back to the Titans in the ring, Dorado Sundown walked down to the ring to address the champs, but Defiance jumped them from behind and brawled with them until security intervened. The champs simply observed the brawl from the ring.

GWF Ringside Defiance’s victory over Dorado Sundown at GWF 7 has earned them the #1 contender spot to Paladin Power’s GWF Tag Team Titles, and a title match has been signed for GWF 10. However, Blacklash and Bullwhip are unhappy, and this time they have a legitimate beef, as the referee in their match missed a legal tag and proceeded to count the pinfall on the illegal man. Omega and Morpheus have shown thus far that the GWF will allow even controversial pinfalls to stand (see: GWF Galaxian Title tournament final), and they have not overturned the result. But Blacklash and Bullwhip did manage to anger Blood and Jammer with their post-match assault, and their ringside brawl after the Paladin Power/Mensans match did nothing to quell that anger. Thus, singles matches between the four men have been signed for GWF 9.
The scattered booing of some fans after the Screw disqualification victory over Jack Hood in match 2 of their best of 7 series did not go unnoticed by Omega and Morpheus. However, the co-owners are reluctant to take any steps to allow a no-DQ, “POW rules” style match, as they don’t wish to see the GWF descend into old POW habits. This has some fans and media personnel questioning the purpose of signing Jack Hood if he was only going to be completely neutered in the ring. With the next match in the best of 7 series not scheduled to take place until GWF 9, the co-owners have some additional time to make a decision.
The rivalry between rookies Commander Sam and Torpor has thus far been one-sided, with Sam dominating his Cygnusian enemy inside the ring. However, the frustrated Torpor has brutalized Sam on multiple occasions, with Sam letting his anger get the best of him after the most recent attack. Sam’s mentor, K.O. Keller, was able to calm him down this time, but the veteran noted in an interview that Sam needs to better control his emotions, as doing so is simply playing into his rival’s hands.
When asked by media personnel about Santon’s refusal to shake his hand at GWF 7, when the other competitors in the upcoming round robin tournament did, GWF Galaxian champion Torin Caelum simply shrugged. “There’s nothing wrong with going it alone, but everyone needs friends, and being disrespectful sure won’t win you any. If he wants my belt, he can come and try to take it if he wins the round robin. I’ll be ready.”
GWF 8 will feature the 4 man round robin tournament to declare the #1 contender to the GWF Galaxian Title, with the wrestler with the most wins to receive a title match against Torin Caelum at GWF 9. The match order will be drawn completely at random the day of the event. The four competitors are: Omega, Morpheus, K.O. Keller, and Santon. Who will be the #1 contender?

Screw now leads the best of seven against Hood, two to nothing... Even with the DQ finish, that last match was superb... It's really showing the animosity between these two monsters of the ring...
Really looking forward to the upcoming round robin to determine a number one contender for the GWF title... Makes me wonder if anyone has any knowledge of Santon's mysterious origin... Thinking there is a definite reason why he refuses to shake hands with other competitors... GWF 8 is going to be an interesting event...
Great stuff!

Thanks, pariah!
Starting to roll the Round Robin... I probably won't finish it tonight, but the first match out of the hat? Omega vs Morpheus. Their first GWF match against each other. Hell of a way to start!

GWF 8 (2075.04) Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Mars
Omega vs. Morpheus – round robin tournament Morpheus defeated Omega with TRIP TO HADES at 17:46 Match Rating: 4.50 Match Notes: The first GWF meeting between the old rivals, sometime allies, and co-owners was a classic. Each man survived the other’s finishers 4 times in a back-and-forth battle that came down to a battle on top of the turnbuckle, which Morpheus won with an arguably low blow (unseen by the referee) that knocked Omega to the mat. A fifth TRIP TO HADES from Morpheus secured the victory.
Morpheus vs. K.O. Keller – round robin tournament K.O. Keller defeated Morpheus with THE TEN COUNT at 15:47 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: Morpheus unluckily drew his second match immediately after his hard-fought first match. Keller mostly dominated this match, but Morpheus simply would not quit. He took 4 heart punches during the match from Keller, crumpling against the turnbuckle in a corner after the 4th, setting up Keller’s finisher and the pinfall. An exhausted Morpheus was assisted to the back after the match.
Omega vs. K.O. Keller – round robin tournament K.O. Keller defeated Omega with THE TEN COUNT at 3:27 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Keller narrowly averted an early defeat after a quick belly-to-belly suplex and Indian Death Grip by Omega. However, Omega, still showing effects from his earlier bout with Morpheus, took a Keller superkick to the jaw after jumping off the turnbuckle that nearly knocked him unconscious. Keller followed quickly with his finisher for the pinfall and his second victory in the tournament.
K.O. Keller vs. Santon – round robin tournament Santon defeated K.O. Keller via disqualification at 2:29 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Keller drew his third consecutive match, but wasn’t showing any wear. However, a quick SPIKE PILEDRIVER by Santon forced Keller to roll out of the ring. As Keller was recovering on the floor, Santon approached him and as he brought Keller to his feet, he spit in Keller’s face. An enraged Keller whipped Santon into the ring post and was disqualified by the referee. A laughing Santon quickly retreated with a victory before Keller could continue the attack.
Morpheus vs. Santon – round robin tournament Morpheus defeated Santon with a power slam at 7:05 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Morpheus was clearly showing a lot of wear from his earlier matches, but again survived multiple early pinfall attempts by his opponent. Morpheus would gain the advantage, but his physical condition would lead him into a mistake, as a failed back body drop attempt turned into a piledriver by Santon. Santon climbed the top turnbuckle to attempt a cross body block, but Morpheus, in an impressive feat of strength despite his exhaustion, managed to catch Santon and hit a power slam for the pinfall and shocking win.
Santon vs. Omega – round robin tournament Omega defeated Santon with a roll up at 1:19 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: Omega, still feeling the aftereffects of the K.O. Keller superkick and THE TEN COUNT combination earlier, looked to be in trouble before the match even began. Santon attempted a leap frog on Omega and headed to the ropes, only to receive a slap to the face from Keller, in retaliation for his being spit at by Santon earlier. As Santon reeled, Omega rolled him up for the pinfall.
Tentative standings: Morpheus 2-1, K.O. Keller 2-1, Santon 1-2, Omega 1-2
With a tie occurring, the rules stated that an extra match would be held between those tied. So…
Morpheus vs. K.O. Keller – round robin tournament tiebreaker K.O. Keller defeated Morpheus with a pinfall after a missed running clothesline at 9:18 K.O. Keller wins the round robin tournament Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: An exhausted Morpheus took two additional heart punches during this match, but was still in position to win after reversing a Keller spinebuster and whipping him into the turnbuckle. However, Keller moved out of the way as Morpheus came at him with a running clothesline, and Morpheus’ head hit the turnbuckle. The force knocked Morpheus onto his back, and Keller covered him for the pinfall and victory.

KO Keller is moving onto face Torin Caelum for the big one... And he deserves it, beating Morpheus TWICE!! Only a very questionable DQ decision prevented him from going undefeated... Very cool... Looking forward to his title shot!
