GWF Ringside Report
Recuperating from injuries suffered in his match against Jack Hood at GWF 18, K.O. Keller announced that he will be unable to compete at GWF 19, which, combined with his loss to Hood in that match, effectively eliminates him from consideration for the round robin tournament to be held at GWF 20. Keller, the winner of the inaugural round robin tournament last year, was disappointed, but vowed to be back in the hunt for the GWF Galaxian Title in no time. Meanwhile, three final big singles matches will occur at GWF 19 to solidify the field for the tournament.
CrossCurrents’ stunning upset victory over Dorado Sundown at GWF 18 has made them the #1 contenders for the GWF Tag Team Titles, and they will challenge the champs Paladin Power at GWF 19. Meanwhile, Dorado Sundown finds themselves losers of three straight matches after reaching the pinnacle of the tag team rankings, and look to be starting back at square one again.
The matches scheduled for GWF 19 are:
Torin Caelum vs. Jack Hood Screw vs. Santon Morpheus vs. Commander Sam Paladin Power vs. CrossCurrents – GWF Tag Team Title match Defiance vs. The Mensans Ricken Prince vs. Mimic

GWF 19 (2076.03) Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Mars
Ricken Prince vs. Mimic Mimic defeated Ricken Prince with MIME NERVE SLEEPER at 16:28 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: A back-and-forth match between the two men changed late when, after a flurry of offensive moves by Mimic, Prince rolled out of the ring to the floor, only to be stunned by a somersault senton splash from Mimic off the ropes. Mimic then rolled Prince into the ring and applied his finisher for the win.
Defiance (Blood and Jammer) vs. The Mensans (Cordsar and Trotarus) Trotarus defeated Jammer with a running lariat at 40:55 Match Rating: 5.00 Match Notes: A match of the year candidate. Jammer threw Trotarus into the turnbuckle, but was a split second late with his subsequent charge. That hesitation was enough for Trotarus to bounce off the turnbuckle and hit Jammer with the running lariat for the pinfall.
GWF Tag Team champions Paladin Power (Moonstrike and Solar Flare) vs. CrossCurrents (Thetis and Vortex) – GWF Tag Team Title match Moonstrike defeated Vortex with PALADIN DROP at 9:44 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Moonstrike narrowly escaped a three count after a Tidal Wave Tackle by Thetis, and later gained the advantage after a missed ring floor maneuver by Vortex. Upon rolling back in the ring, Moonstrike hit Vortex with a flying leg scissors followed by his finisher for the win.
Morpheus vs. Commander Sam Morpheus defeated Commander Sam with a Satanic Skull Smasher at 19:02 Match Rating: 4.50 Match Notes: An exciting match, which saw Morpheus survive Sam’s finisher twice, ended when an exhausted Sam (4 tokens) barely managed to reach the ring ropes after Morpheus locked him in a cobra grip, only to be hit by one of Morpheus’ signature moves for the pin.
Screw vs. Santon Screw defeated Santon with FREAKISH FACE SLAM at 21:30 Match Rating: 4.75 Match Notes: Yet another thrilling match, featuring Screw surviving Santon’s SPIKE PILEDRIVER finisher early on, ended when Santon avoided a boot to the face off the ropes from Screw, only to for Screw to hit his finisher for the win.
Torin Caelum vs. Jack Hood Torin Caelum defeated Jack Hood via disqualification at 6:28 Match Rating: 2.25 Match Notes: A clash of styles, the match devolved into a typical Hood brawl on the ring floor. After attempting multiple times to get Hood to return to the ring, the referee had no choice but to disqualify him after he drove Caelum into the ringpost. Screw ran out to ringside to ensure Hood didn’t further the attack, but Hood surprisingly kept his distance.

GWF Ringside Report
The competitors in the 2nd annual 4 man round robin tournament scheduled to occur at GWF 20 have been officially named. They are: Morpheus, Screw, Santon… and Jack Hood, who received the final spot over Torin Caelum despite his loss via disqualification to Caelum at GWF 19. During the press conference to announce the four participants, Omega and Morpheus noted that, in the end, Hood’s recent decisions (pinfall victory over former GWF Galaxian champ K.O. Keller and the disqualification loss to Caelum) were more impressive than Caelum’s (pinfall loss to Santon, which guaranteed Santon’s place in the tournament over Caelum, and the disqualification victory over Hood).
The rules of the round robin tournament: each of the four wrestlers will compete in a match against the other three wrestlers at GWF 20, earning 3 points for each win via pinfall or submission and 1 point for each win via disqualification or countout. The wrestler with the most points at the end of the night will be declared the #1 contender to the GWF Galaxian Title and will challenge the champion, Omega, at GWF 21. The match order will be drawn completely at random the day of the event. Morpheus, Screw, Santon, and Jack Hood… who will be the tournament winner and #1 contender?

GWF 20 (2076.04) Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Mars
Screw vs. Santon – round robin tournament Screw defeated Santon with a middle rope clothesline at 18:18 Match Rating: 3.75 Match Notes: A solid but unspectacular match that surprisingly featured quite a bit of holds and counter holds, the only pin attempt in the match was the winning pinfall by Screw, which occurred after he reversed a turnbuckle maneuver by Santon into a running lariat (3 points for Screw).
Morpheus vs. Jack Hood – round robin tournament Jack Hood defeated Morpheus with BLOODY KNUCKLES at 19:09 Match Rating: 4.50 Match Notes: Morpheus got off to a fast start, hitting TRIP TO HADES twice on Hood early, but was unable to secure the win. Hood would eventually take over and punish Morpheus, hitting BLOODY KNUCKLES on four occasions to eventually get the win (3 points for Jack Hood).
Morpheus vs. Santon – round robin tournament Morpheus defeated Santon with Natural Disaster at 8:49 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Morpheus drew an unlucky draw, having to compete in back-to-back matches after taking a beating in his first match against Jack Hood. However, Morpheus countered a failed attempt at an overhead slam by Santon with his Natural Disaster move for the win (3 points for Morpheus).
Jack Hood vs. Santon – round robin tournament Jack Hood defeated Santon with BLOODY KNUCKLES at 11:18 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Santon was game, but Hood’s offense (and fighting skills on the ring floor) was too much for him. After winning a ring floor brawl, Hood threw Santon back into the ring and hit his finisher for the win. Santon ends his night with 3 pinfall losses (3 points for Jack Hood, 6 total points).
Morpheus vs. Screw – round robin tournament Screw defeated Morpheus with FREAKISH FACE SLAM at 7:23 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Both men exchanged powerful moves early on, but a failed back drop by Morpheus led to a succession of offensive moves by Screw, culminating in his finisher for the win (3 points for Screw, 6 total points). Jack Hood would jump in the ring immediately after the match and tried to attack Screw, but Screw rolled out of the ring after only receiving a couple of kicks from Hood. Ring officials would restore order after a couple of minutes, and the bell would then ring for the final match of the evening…
Jack Hood vs. Screw – round robin tournament Jack Hood defeated Screw with BLOODY KNUCKLES at 3:13 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Hood would get the advantage by dragging Screw out of the ring and smashing him headfirst into the turnbuckle post. A bloodied Screw would be pushed back into the ring by Hood, and Hood would hit his finisher for the pinfall and overall tournament victory (3 points for Jack Hood, 9 total points). Dorado Sundown would join Hood in the ring to celebrate his victory.

GWF Ringside Report
Jack Hood’s dominant performance in the round robin tournament at GWF 20 has the veteran established as the #1 contender to the GWF Galaxian Title held by Omega, with the title match between the two scheduled to occur at GWF 21. Hood competed with surprising restraint during the round robin tournament, stretching the rules occasionally but never coming close to being disqualified. Whether he can continue to compete with such restraint remains to be seen.
Meanwhile, the stage is being set to determine the next in line to receive a shot at both the GWF Galaxian Title and the GWF Tag Team Title. K.O. Keller and Torin Caelum will compete against each other at GWF 21, and the winner will take on Screw at GWF 22 for a title shot at GWF 23. Also at GWF 21, The Mensans and CrossCurrents will compete for a title shot against champs Paladin Power at GWF 22.
It’s been quite obvious to fans and observers that Commander Sam has far surpassed his Cygnusian rival Torpor during their time in the GWF. Sam has improved and found himself on the cusp of the GWF Galaxian Title picture, whereas Torpor is still winless in the fed. The two haven’t even competed in a match against each other since GWF 11, but that will change at GWF 21. Torpor, claiming Sam is afraid and has been avoiding him, has challenged Sam to a match, which Sam immediately accepted.
The matches scheduled for GWF 21 are:
Omega vs. Jack Hood – GWF Galaxian Title match K.O. Keller vs. Torin Caelum The Mensans vs. CrossCurrents Commander Sam vs. Torpor Dorado Sundown vs. The Wind Riders Ricken Prince vs. Cosmos

GWF 21 (2076.05) Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Mars
Ricken Prince vs. Cosmos Cosmos defeated Ricken Prince with a sunset flip reversal at 0:13 Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: In a stunner, Prince attempted a sunset flip after whipping Cosmos into the ropes, only for Cosmos to grab Prince’s legs and roll him up for the pin.
Dorado Sundown (Blacklash and Bullwhip) vs. The Wind Riders (Rama and Tano) Blacklash defeated Rama with SUNDOWN at 2:39 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Rama hit the ring floor hard after being tossed from the ring by Bullwhip, who would then hit a Tombstone piledriver on Rama before tagging in Blacklash. Blacklash would quickly hit his finisher and secure the pinfall for the win.
Commander Sam vs. Torpor Commander Sam defeated Torpor with a slingshot suplex at 2:45 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Sam quickly countered Torpor’s early attempt at offense, eventually hitting both a superplex and a slingshot suplex for the win. Torpor complained angrily with the referee after the match that Sam cheated by pulling his tights during the pin to gain extra leverage, to no avail.
The Mensans (Cordsar and Trotarus) vs. CrossCurrents (Thetis and Vortex) Cordsar defeated Thetis with a tornado bulldog at 2:16 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: Cordsar prevented Thetis from making a defensive tag after a dropkick and surprised Thetis a move later for the quick pin.
K.O. Keller vs. Torin Caelum K.O. Keller defeated Torin Caelum with THE TEN COUNT at 2:32 Match Rating: 1.75 Match Notes: Keller was back to form and looked fully recovered from the beating he suffered at Jack Hood’s hands at GWF 18, making surprisingly quick work of Caelum.
GWF Galaxian champion Omega vs. Jack Hood – GWF Galaxian Title match Omega defeated Jack Hood with TOMAHAWK THRUST at 7:14 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Omega countered being thrown into the ropes by hitting Hood with a flying shoulder tackle. A stunned Hood was then hit by Omega’s finisher and pinned. Dorado Sundown ran into the ring and attacked Omega shortly after the pin, but Morpheus and Screw quickly followed to chase them and Hood away before any damage was done.
