GOLDEN KNIGHTS 4 DUCKS 2
With that victory, combined Los Angeles Kings 2-1 loss to Winnipeg tonight the Golden Knights currently sit atop the Pacific Division with a 13-6-1 record for 27 points in their first 20 games.
I know the season is a long one, but this is a huge moment for Vegas as they sit at the top of their division at the quarter mark of the season. I really hope they can be consistent enough to at least hold onto a playoff spot come April.

There were lots of Ducks jerseys and I was the only one wearing a Golden Knights shirt, great to see them come back from that 2-0 deficit to score 4 unanswered goals! Although I avoided drinking Labatt's, I had a few glasses of a good Canadian porter along with my dinner of halibut mixed with the bar's Beaver beer batter and poutine fries with curry gravy. I will be back in Seattle for Christmas and plan to return again to The Angry Beaver to watch another Golden Knights game. It is great to have my team in first place on Thanksgiving!

in the first-ever Thanksgiving, the Pilgrims actually ate duck instead of turkey in the first-ever Golden Knights season, last night (Wednesday) on Thanksgiving weekend the Knights feasted on Ducks too

it has been speculated some visiting teams may have caught the "Vegas flu" Ha! I love the term. That is a nice home ice advantage. Golden Knights today got their 9th home win in 10 home games!

Golden Knights 4, Coyotes 2
Golden Knights win their third game in 4 nights!
honestly, I was just excited to get an NHL expansion team on the Strip with the hope they might be competitive within a few years or so; I never imagined they would actually be competitive let alone in first place in their division near the end of November in their first year.
Golden Knights are definitely one of the best sports stories of 2017!

it sounds like next week I am going to my third game when Anaheim is in town, I also already have tickets to the Minnesota/Vegas game in March when my cousin from Idaho (but used to go to Minnesota games when he lived in Minnesota) is in town

Golden Knights 3, Coyotes 2 in overtime!
I had a really rough day earlier but tonight I went across the street to Chicago's to watch my Seahawks play the Eagles on the Sunday night game on NBC (my satellite dish does not get local channels) and I realized the Golden Knights also had a game tonight.
I got to watch my Seahawks and my Golden Knights at the SAME TIME- and they both won. Good to see this day end on multiple positive notes!
