The Sandman injured again and out for eight cards, ouch. Ox Baker is mean and nasty and that Heart Punch is a literal killer. This was a great show for the high school gym audience, especially what seemed like a classic between Frank Gotch and Gorgeous George.

Thank you for the feed back. I was looking to book Destroyer and George in a program but Destroyer's success in the tournament and against George cooled that idea off. Gotch vs George has proven to be an interesting bout perhaps worthy of a mid card program coming out of the title tournament. Expect Sandman back in action shortly after I crown the first champion and looking for some payback.

What a show in Freehold, holy cow. I loved the run in by Hawk for the Doomsday Device on Johnny Valiant. Injury time is over for Hawk and now JV goes on the shelf for a card. Snuka vs. Valentine sounded awesome and both The Destroyer and Nick Bockwinkel looked tremendous in their wins. I am very happy to see The Destroyer doing so well.

Very cool to see The Destroyer earn that spot and he will now face Bobo Brazil to determine the world champion. It is hard to pick a winner but I would kind of like to see The Destroyer take it. Nick Bockwinkel vs. Buddy Rogers for the IC title has all the makings of a classic.
