I saw Guardians of the Gskaxy Vol. 2 last night. Really good, but not as good as the original.

Alien Convenant for me! Hopefully, it will rank in my top 3 Alien movies! They need to quit it with the Spider-man reboots. Enough already! Sheesh! That's it for me this summer. I need to save for a Virtual Reality set-up, oh yeah!

Guardians Vol. 2 was great! No spoilers but if you're familiar with the history of the Guardians of the Galaxy, I'm glad that that was paid homage to. Bring on Spider-Man!

I'm the "other" vote...47 Meters Down. What can I say? I'm a sucker for shark movies.

Tonight I bought a ticket to see Alien: Covenant for its first showing on Thursday night.
I really want to see this movie and if I don't go Thursday I probably wouldn't be able to go until the following week due to my weekend schedule.

I really want to see this movie and if I don't go Thursday I probably wouldn't be able to go until the following week due to my weekend schedule. I am likely going to see Alien: Covenant next week, probably Tuesday, and the next one I am probably going to after that is The Mummy starring Tom Cruise. Looking forward to both films. I skipped Guardians but will get the Blu-Ray since I also own the first one and was interested in King Arthur but don't think I will make it to that.

my truck is currently dead and I am not sure why (hopefully it is not the starter or alternator since I am about to buy a new truck on May 27th or 28th and it would suck to have to pay alot of money to get my truck running again just for 1 week,) but since there is a movie theater right across the street from me I was still able to walk over to see Alien: Covenant tonight.
I liked it better than Prometheus (but not quite as much as the first two Alien movies.) Good action, great suspense, makes strong connections to Prometheus (with explanations about what happened since the end of Prometheus,) and makes me can't wait to see the next movie in this prequel trilogy.
I won't give it away, but there is a major twist that occurs in this movie which I was suspicious about but did not fully catch until the end of the movie. I would be shocked if this does not turn out to be one of the best movies of this Summer.

I'm the only one who voted for The House, and I'm okay with that.
Transformers, Despicable Me 3 and All Eyez On Me are my next 3

Alien Covenant is not getting good reviews at all. Except from Vegas. Neither is King Arthur. I go see a movie if I want, not based on reviews. I saw Guardians 2 last night and I liked it a lot. Lots of fun.
