I'm wondering if they'll bring in Adam Warlock to help Captain Marvel and what's left of the Avengers. They did show his cocoon during the credits of Guardians of the Galaxy 2.

James Gunn, Guardians director, said we will not see Adam Warlock until G3.

I thought it was even better than the comic. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but how is this possible without the X-MEN, FANTASTIC FOUR, SILVER SURFER, ADAM WARLOCK in the fight. Not to mention all the celestials like Eternity, The Stranger and Galactus just to name a few. I thought the movie was better because the characterization of Thanos had many more layers. I believe the best villains are the ones you can sympathize with. Characters who have layers and aren’t just one note killing machines. In the comic I felt The whole courting death thing was unique, but i feel it didn’t go in any depth with who Thanos was. He wanted to kill half the people in the universe so he could marry death. That’s it. Power monger seeking more power isn’t very interesting. What made the comic I feel is seeing everyone trying to take down this unstoppable force. I felt the movie went into more depth with who Thanos is and even though the reasoning changed I feel it made him more grounded and more interesting. I agree we’re missing some people from the fight which would’ve made for some more amazing scenes but they just do the favors for Thanos anyway so did we really miss anything? Vince wishes he could make Roman this over and they both went about it the same way. Beat everybody. |

Finally saw the movie tonight. It completely blew away any expectations I had and I can't even express how good it was.
As far as the next one I think that however they end up stopping Thanos, the movie universe will be reset. They can bring back all the dead but it would be a nice touch to have any new actors shown as those heroes as we know not all these people are sticking with these films forever.
On Captain Marvel and Skrulls, I really don't want every movie where you wonder who's a Skrull and who isn't for the next 10 years of films until finally concluded.
