What about working in some sort of "no-compete clause" into your chart for when a wrestler decides to leave one promotion for another, much like WWE's 90-day "no-compete" clause?

Do you have a way of adjusting the length of contracts? I run my rosters based on year to year.

If and when I run this fed, my year will look like 20 cards. So the guys w 20 + nextr to their name are signed for a full year, some longer.

For tag teams (plus managers or not)...you could roll as a group...or individually.
If they roll as a tag team, they have to remain tag team for duration of contract.
If rolling individually, I'd give some "+" to the second member. Maybe a plus 1 or 2 on the second members roll.
Eaton signs...but Condrey doesn't...wonder where Lane is?

This might be too much record keeping but how about this: if the guy lost his last three matches before the negotiation, you add 1 to the roll. if he won his last three matches, you substract 1. My thinking is that if the guy is on a losing streak, the promotion won't be too keen on keeping him. On the other hand, if he's on a hot streak, they'll work harder to sign him.

I think there certainly should be an add if one holds a belt.

Hopefully I can find the time to get this fed and this idea running soon.
