This might be too much record keeping but how about this: if the guy lost his last three matches before the negotiation, you add 1 to the roll. if he won his last three matches, you substract 1. My thinking is that if the guy is on a losing streak, the promotion won't be too keen on keeping him. On the other hand, if he's on a hot streak, they'll work harder to sign him. I definitely think there's room for expansion. I'll keep it simple at first, then probably add new wrinkles as I get into it.

I think this is a fantastic idea but it could easily bog down if you throw in too many factors. Keeping it simple is the best way.

Tell you what I do ? . I have three legends fed LWF (1st ever fed) (WCW 2nd) Anarchy in the UK (3rd) . LWF & Anarchy are main two and rivals . WCW is mainly mid carders etc . After last June wrestling card (and also last card in December) that Fed has to give the other two Feds 3 male wrestlers , 1 tag team and 1 female . Sometimes you can throw in a manager if they come with a wrestler . LWF/Anarchy give wrestlers that haven't done that well in the past 6 months . WCW give wrestlers that have done well to the big two .

I have been enjoying using this chart to set up my fed. So now I have another question.....Once your contracts are negotiated for length of service, how do you negotiate pay? Looking to get some ideas, thanks.

Anybody still using this chart? Had a fan ask about it and just wondered how it’s working out for others? Any advancements to the original chart?
Haven’t posted but in my MNWars fed Brock Lesnar beat the Rock at Wrestlemania for the WWF belt then showed up the very next night w the title on NITRO after rolling a 2 on the chart. Was amazing but really messed up my whole RAW booking. Ended up hosting a one night 8 man tournament on RAW to crown a new champ and Andre the Giant won it. Over on Nitro Lesnar “defended” the WWF title on Nitro vs Ronnie Garvin. Was a lot of fun.

I haven't used this chart, sort of forgot about it's existence. But this would be a really cool idea for my NWA Territories with the Indies stuff.

I've been tweaking this chart a bit and would love to hear what you guys think.
2) In a shocking turn of events, you leave for a different territory! You will make your debut immediately on their next fight card.
3) You're interested, but only in a short term deal- roll 1 die for contract length
4) The territory decides they have no interest in re-signing you. You're a free agent
5) You're entertaining offers from multiple territories- roll 1d6 to see how many, then roll one die for each competitor. The highest roll wins the bidding war.
6) You and the promoter are on fantastic business terms and you both want a long-term deal. Roll 4d6 to determine length of contract.
7-10) You are happy to re sign with your current promotion! Roll two dice for length of contract.
11-12) You leave for another territory, but give notice Your stunning debut is booked for next week.

I use this chart....or something similar as well. Adds a lot to your Fed.

Back in the LWA days I had something similar set up... rules for signing contracts, as well as an event chart that would effect change (wrestlers having rl injuries, leaving to do a movie, getting out of shape, wanting to go to x territory for family reasons, etc). Not sure I still have it though. If I was ever to do a Legends fed again, I think I'd recreate it though.
