So, I've never watched the show. I've only recently started to hear people talking about it but don't feel like I have even the tiniest grasp on what the show is about. Can someone give me a spoiler-free idea of whether or not it is for me? Think of it as sort of a Twilight Zone type show. The 'twist' or problem, generally has to do with some aspect of technology. Each episode is completely stand alone so you don't have to watch them in order. That said, the show does exist in the same 'universe' but you don't have to watch them in order. You'll just see easter eggs to things in other episodes. The first episode of season one can be very hard to watch and some folks struggle making it through. If you can though, it's a good show (and that first episode is only mediocre compared to the rest, in my opinion). Sold! Love Twilight Zone and Outer Limits! I'll have to give it a shot.

OK, so I've watched the first two episodes of season 1 so far. I'm not sure about it... The first episode was a rough ride. Second wasn't much better. I'm sort of curious to see how in the world any of this stuff could be in the same world/universe. Those two episodes were so totally different. I'm planning to watch at least 1-2 more to give it a fair shot since the premise intrigues me.

They are only 'in the same universe' in that you'll see a company name that featured in one story, on a truck in the background of another (I don't think it's that specific easter egg, but stuff like that). Then in the most recent season there's one episode that ties a lot of stuff together. Congratulations on making it through that first one though. They are hit or miss something but, in my opinion, overall it's a pretty good series.

This series has me interested in watching it, reading up on it and seeing that it is inspired by older shows like The Twilight Zone, so that is a cool thing...

Watched the 3rd episode last night and really liked that one. "The Entire History of You" with Toby Kebbell. Loved him and his character in it. I'll probably watch a few more. Hopefully they can stay near this level or I may end up with another NetFlix series started but never finished.
