Thanks aplex, Troy and of course Pariah  Some fine picks. been surprised with some of the wins thus far. yeah Original Midnight Express is always great to see. mentally and in personal notes I call Cornette's group JCP. (Jim Crocket Promotions) Bodies2Go is Chris Candido & Tom Prichard. didn't want to call them Bodydonnas. next show should either be Wednesday or Thursday depending how tings turn out. |

Bobo Brazil vs. Iron Sheik
Bobo Brazil defeated Iron Sheik via pin fall
-Sheik controlled nearly the whole match getting several close falls. However it fell apart when Sheik threw Brazil out of the ring. Bobo sent Sheik into the ring steps then. Later Brazil drew the fight back out of the ring and a back drop had Sheik nearly counted out after hitting the timekeepers table. The COCO BUTT delivered the three count back in the ring. (Tokens: Brazil: 4 – Sheik: 1) (snake eyes
Iron Sheik uses the flag pole to assault Brazil then using the Iran flag puts Bobo in the CAMEL CLUTCH and refused to let go. Officials finally pulled Sheik off and Brazil was helped to the back.

Original Midnight Express (Dennis Condrey & Randy Rose) w/Jim Cornette vs. Miracle Violence Connection (Steve Williams & Terry Gordy)
Original Midnight Express defeated MVC via pin fall
-Despite power and size OME managed to isolate Gordy and after a near fall they hit the DARK SIDE
ROCKET LAUNCHER and as Condrey pinned Gordy Rose kept Williams at bay. (Tokens: Gordy: 2)
Gorgeous George w/Cherie Dupre vs. Cowboy Scott Casey
Gorgeous George defeated Scott Casey via submission
-George controlled the whole match and Casey survived the ROLLING HIPLOCKS but was unable to escape the SPINNING TOE HOLD. (Tokens: Casey: 1)

Bodies2Go (Tom Prichard & Chris Candido) vs. Ted DiBiase & Rock Riddle
Rock Riddle & Ted DiBiase defeated Bodies2Go via pin fall
-DiBiase controlled Prichard and got several near falls. Riddle was enjoying control when a hot tag brought in Candido and the match went back and forth but in the end a low blow allowed Riddle to pin Candido (Tokens: Prichard: 4 – Riddle: 2 – Candido: 2
MAIN EVENT
Immortals Wordl Heavyweight Championship
Randy Savage* vs. Buddy Rogers w/Bobby Heenan
Randy Savage defeated Buddy Rogers via pin fall
-Totally one sided as Savage lived up to his name brutalizing Rogers in and out of the ring with flying Ax Handles, knee drops, neck snaps, piledrivers and three FLYING ELBOW SMASHES getting the three count as Heenan couldn’t get the referee or Savage’s attention (Token: Rogers: 4)
Randy Savage retained the Immortals World Heavyweight Championship for a successful version one title defense.

Looks like Iron Sheik was a little frustrated after that big comeback by Brazil, leading to some great heat between the two...
Congrats to the Macho Man on that dominant performance over the Nature Boy... Excellent way to start a title reign... Oooh Yeah!
