NON-TELEVISED OPENING MATCH
Savage-T with KJ Hill vs. "Belgian Brawler" Dupae Rupa: Rupa dominated the match. Savage-T had a brief comeback, but he made the mistake of going for a senton splash when Rupa left the ring. Rupa moved, and Savage-T crashed and burned. Rupa threw a very bloody Savage-T back in the ring and hit BELGIAN WAFFLE, but KJ Hill distracted the referee. Rupa hit a second BELGIAN WAFFLE, but Hill tried to interfere. Rupa clotheslined her and hit a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker for the pinfall win.
WINNER: Dupae Rupa--0 fatigue pinned Savage-T--5 fatigues with tilt-a-whirl backbreaker

#1 Brad Armstrong with his father "Bullet" Bob Armstrong vs. #4 Chris Candido with Tammy Sytch & Heavenly Bodies partner Dr. Tom Prichard (pre-recorded promos air before their entrances)
Chris Candido: "I don't understand why everyone likes Brad Armstrong. Did you see what he did to Doug Gilbert after their first round match? And you people cheered! If Dr. Tom and I did that, you would've booed us out of the building and Commissioner Cox would've suspended us. If the hypocritical Armstrongs are 'fan favorites', then the Heavenly Bodies are proud to be 'rulebreakers'.(Gary Michael Cappetta introduces Candido to boos. Candido flips off the fans, and they throw trash at him)
Brad Armstrong: "I'd like to apologize for attacking Doug Gilbert after our match. I let my emotions get the best of me, and I promise all my fans that it won't happen again." (Cappetta introduces Armstrong to cheers)
Candido got off to a great start, but Armstrong was able to block BLONDE BOMB and go on offense. he hit two consecutive RUSSIAN LEGSWEEPS, but Tammy distracted the referee both times. Candido regained control and went for BLONDE BOMB again, but Armstrong blocked it again and countered with another RUSSIAN LEGSWEEP for the win.
Thatcher: "Brad Armstrong advances to the Jr. Heavyweight Finals."
Cornette: "He'll face the winner of tomorrow night's Mike Graham/Sam Houston match."

#4 King Kong Bundy vs. #8 The Grappler with "Mouth Of The South" Jimmy Hart in a neutral corner(1 pre-recorded promo airs before their entrances)
Jimmy Hart: "Everyone wants to know: Who do I think will win between Bundy and Grappler? I know who's gonna win. ME! Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha!"(Cappetta introduces both Bundy & Grappler who enter together as Hart Foundation stablemates)
Grappler got the big man off his feet and weakened him with a couple of figure four leglocks before kicking him in the head with LOADED BOOT to win this very short match. He was on a mission looking to redeem himself for getting the Love Brothers disqualified in their match with the Southern Rockers.
Thatcher: "Grappler pulls off a surprising upset to advance to the TV Title Finals."
Cornette: "He'll take on either Jimmy Valiant or Jim Duggan. I'm picking Grappler to win."

#1 Fantastics(Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) vs. #4 Masked Superstars(Masked Superstar & Masked Superstar II)with Sir Oliver Humperdink (pre-recorded promos air before their entrances)
Oliver Humperdink: "My Masked Superstars destroyed those lying Dirty White Boys. Did you see how MSII beat Bob Roop to a bloody pulp? That's nothing compared to what he'll do to the Fantastics."(Cappetta introduces them to boos)
Bobby Fulton: "We've got our work cut out for us, Tommy. Those are two big dudes."
Tommy Rogers: "That's right, Bobby, but we never back down from a fight."("Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top plays as Cappetta introduces them to cheers)
This was a classic back-and-forth match with the Fantastics using their speed and double-teaming to counter the power of the Masked Superstars and the outside interference of Humperdink. It could have went either way, but in the end, it was Fulton with a FANTASTIC CRADLE on Masked Superstar to get the win. Rogers was the only man not bleeding.
Thatcher: "The Fantastics await either TNT or the Southern Rockers."
Cornette: "We could be looking at the first Rebel Wrestling World Tag Team Champions."

Bobby Shane: "I proved that I'm as good as I say I am when I beat the overrated Magnum T.A. I'll prove it again by beating that oaf Steve Williams. Long Live The King." ("Princes Of The Universe" by Queen plays as Cappetta introduces Shane to boos)
Steve Williams: "Bobby Shane's a good wrestler. I'll give him that. But he's not tough like me." ("Bad To The Bone" by George Thorogood & The Destroyers plays as Cappetta starts to introduce Williams, but Shane attacks Williams as he enters the ring!)
Shane bulldogs Doc, then throws him out of the ring. Shane rams Doc's head into a table and throws him back into the ring for a rolling reverse cradle. Doc kicks out, but Shane throws him out of the ring again. Shane follows, but Doc throws him into the steel ring pole! Doc wraps Shane's arm around the pole in an attempt to break the arm. The ref warns Doc to get back in the ring, but Doc ignores him ans slams Shane's arm into the pole! The ref calls for the bell & Cappetta announces Shane as the winner by disqualification. Humperdink helps Shane to the back as Shane laughs and points a finger to his temple while pointing at Doc with his other hand. Doc turns over the steel ring steps because he knows he was outsmarted.
WINNER: #8 Bobby Shane--0 fatigue beat #5 Steve Williams--1 fatigue by disqualification
Cornette: "The King Bobby Shane may very well be the smartest man in Rebel Wrestling, but he'll have to get past either Bruiser Brody or Terry Gordy in the Finals to do it."
Thatcher: "We'll find out who Shane's opponent in the Finals will be tomorrow night as we conclude the Semi_Finals on our final Midnight Special. Be there!"
