Isn't it funny how we all love a game where wrestling is set in the far future, yet we yearn for the past too? LOL.

So following on the heels of the Crockett Cup, they're uploading two (presumably) complete shows from the 1986 Great American Bash tour!

So, finally getting a chance to watch the Crocket Cup... and in the slightly hilarious department, I had totally forgotten that the Road Warriors had at one point done their own theme song... holy crap, that was so terrible it was noteworthy

Now that this section is back on the WWE Network, a good release for Thursday, August 22! The Superstars on the Superstation special from February 1986:
NWA World Tag Team Title: The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) (c) vs. The Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton & Dennis Condrey) The Road Warriors (Road Warrior Animal & Road Warrior Hawk) vs. The Russians (Ivan Koloff & Nikita Koloff) NWA National Heavyweight Title: Dusty Rhodes (c) vs. Tully Blanchard NWA World Heavyweight Title Match: Ric Flair (c) vs. Ron Garvin
This is a great show, it still might be floating around on my basement on VHS.

I'm glad to hear the Hidden Gems section is back, I was pretty upset when it disappeared with the update

I'm glad to hear the Hidden Gems section is back, I was pretty upset when it disappeared with the update I agree. It's not categorized well now, in my opinion. Instead of by year, it's by weird subject groups they've developed. And not everything is back up yet. I can't find the Pro Wrestling USA show from December 1985, headlined by Stan Hansen winning the AWA title from Rick Martel. Hopefully things will continue to be posted.

This is a *really* fun show, with the RnR/MX match and Garvin/Flair match both being incredible matches.

It still beats being on my roof with a coat hanger and some tin foil trying to illegally tap into WrestleMania 7. Ah, the good 'ol days. Kids these days don't know how good they have it!
