Sting gives a speech after the match to the Tokyo Dome crowd. Sting drops a BOMBSHELL when he officially announces HE IS LEAVING FOR THE WWF! (rolled an 11 on the Contract Negotiation Chart). He says his last match in the NWA will be versus Brock Lesanr at Halloween Havoc. WOW!

BRUISER BRODY & STAN HANSEN vs. THE ROAD WARRIORS 
The Road Warriors win by disqualification over the champs when Big Van Vader & Sid Vicious attack the Roadies outside of the ring. A big brawl between all 3 teams spills into the crowd.

Thank you for the kind words. I really only have 2 feds (WWF & NWA) but I try to write this fed from the eyes of a PWI fan back in the day who would read about all these other champs and territories. So every now and then I'll add in a WCCW or AWA title match. It's more for fun than anything else. Just playing title matches in those feds. 

As far as keeping track of stuff, I keep a master word document with all my results and rankings. Then I just reference it when needed.

What to expect: The biggest news is wrestling this year is that NWA World Champion Sting has signed a new deal with the WWF and tonight is his last match in the NWA. Dibiase is reportedly insane with anger behind the scenes. No way Sting is leaving tonight with the belt W or L. 


MATCH 3 BEST OF 7 SERIES
JACK & JERRY BRISCO vs. MARK & JAY BRISCOE 
Mark (3) and Jay Briscoe (5) win with a JAY DRILLER after Terry and Dory Funk attack Jack (2) and Jerry Brisco (4) outside of the ring and lay waste to them. The crowd went nuts for Terry and Dory. ****

After the match, the Funks destroyed Jack and Jerry. The NWA is losing Sting but they could not have made up for it more with this. The Funks are in the NWA!

NWA CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE 
RUSH (c) vs. BANDIDO 
Rush (4) retains the belt pinning Bandido (3) w a RUSH DRIVER. Good match. RUSH appears to have a stranglehold on that belt. ***

U.S. TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
STEINER BROTHERS (c) vs. VAMPIRO & HUGH MORRIS
Hard hitting match. The Steiners win with the STEINER BULLDOG on Vampiro (5). The Steiners look like they could challenge Brody and Hansen for the tag belts. **

NWA U.S. TITLE MATCH - RUSSIAN CHAIN MATCH
GREAT MUTA (c) vs. NIKITA KOLOFF w MAGNUM T.A. 
Muta (1) retained the title after MUTA MIST. Magnum T.A. showed a ton of frustration after the loss and exited without Nikita. He blew past Dusty in the backstage area too. The story is that Magnum is mad that he can't guide another wrestler to win the US belt. This could get interesting if Magnum is going heel here. ***

NWA TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH - STEEL CAGE MATCH
BRUISER BRODY & STAN HANSEN (c) vs. BIG VAN VADER & SID VICIOUS
This was incredible. Everyone bled. Brody (6) busts through the door after hitting Sid (7) w JUMPING KNEE DROP. Vader (5) attacked Brody with a chair after the match and laid him out so this feud may not be over. *****

Big angle as WWF CHAMPION Bruno Sammartino jumps the guard rail after the match and attacks Stan Hansen! Bruno lays out Hansen with a running big boot before escaping through the crowd. 

The crowd went nuts for Bruno. 

NWA WORLD TITLE MATCH
STING (c) vs. BROCK LESNAR 
This starts out like a shoot with Lesnar punching Sting out and battering the champ with ground and pound. F5. Sting kicks out. Another F5. Sting is being mauled. Brock beats Sting up outside the ring then hits another F5 and it is over. Total squash. Sting (5) goes out on his back. 

The show ends with Brock Lesnar celebrating as the NEW NWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION as we fade to black...

The Biggest News Coming Out Of October Is the Departure From The NWA By Sting

The end of October produced the end of Sting’s reign as NWA World Champion, losing badly to Brock Lesnar in the main event of Halloween Havoc. But with every closed door another opens, and for Sting, the door to the WWF has opened for him. Sting signed with the WWF for ten big fights and his debut could come at the Survivor Series. Sting is rumored to have signed the biggest contract currently in the WWF, even bigger than Hogan and Andre’s. Big expectations for Sting who is about to make his epic debut in the WWF!

NEW NWA WORLD CHAMPION BROCK LESNAR 

The NWA has crowned a new World Champion. Brock Lesnar defeated Sting in the main event of Halloween Havoc to win the belt. Lesnar is now the (unofficial) WWF World Champion (a belt he never lost) and the NWA World Champion. Suffice to say, Brock is the best pro wrestler in the world right now. How long can it last?

BRISCO BROTHERS VS. BRISCOE BROTHERS SERIES UPDATE

Jack and Jerry Brisco are up 2-1 in the series over Mark and Jay Briscoe. The two teams have decided there is not enough room in the NWA for them both. Winner of the series must leave town. The 4th match in the Best of 7 series will be held this Saturday on TBS.

SURVIVOR SERIES HEADLINES NOVEMBER

The biggest card in Swarm’s MNWars Fed is coming later in this month. The WWF and the NWA will go head to head at the Survivor Series to determine who the best in the world truly is. Here is the scheduled line up:

MAGNUM T.A. IS TRAINING FOR A COMEBACK IN DECEMBER 

Magnum T.A. is 0-2 as a manager. First he tried helping Dusty Rhodes win back his US belt, then he stood in the corner of former rival, Nikita Koloff. Both wrestlers failed to win the US belt back from the Great Muta. Now Magnum is training for an improbable comeback from his near fatal car wreck - and an opportunity to win back his US belt versus Great Muta on Christmas Night 2020 at Starrcade. Can Magnum TA do it?

ROAD WARRIORS TOUR THE WORLD 

The Road Warriors have been on a tour of the world. First they showed up unannounced in CHIKARA and demolished the BDK. Then they popped up in ROH where they defeated Mark & Jay Briscoe in a huge main event. Then they jumped on an airplane headed for Japan where they have found great success. Currently free agents, the Road Warriors are expected to renegotiate their deals with the NWA in the coming weeks and should be settled in by the end of the month. Stay tuned!

POWERS OF PAIN ARE ON THEIR WAY TO THE WWF

In more big tag team news, videos continue to air pushing the impending debut of the Powers of Pain in the WWF. It looks like the POP are coming to the WWF to challenge Demolition. Their debut is scheduled for sometime in December after the Survivor Series.

ONLY 3 MORE FIGHTS ON BROCK’S CURRENT NWA DEAL 

Brock Lesnar is headed for the Contract Negotiation Chart again soon. With only 3 more matches left on his deal with the NWA, the NWA is stretching out his matches so that his 10th match takes place at Starrcade in December. His next wrestling match will be at the Survivor Series where he captains the NWA versus Bruno Sammartino and the WWF in the main event.

SEVERAL DEBUTS SET FOR NOVEMBER IN BOTH THE WWF AND THE NWA 

Keep your eyes out for some new debuting wrestlers in this months arena reports. The Moondogs, Butch Reed and Davey Boy Smith Jr. all debut in the WWF this month. In the NWA, Terry and Dory Funk make their official wrestling debut after attacking Jack and Jerry Briscoe last month.

While Nikolai sang the Russian National Anthem, Jackknife & Blade Machismo returned to the ring and attacked Volkoff and Zhukov! Jackknife & Blade lay out the Russians! Jim Powers & SD Jones upset Volkoff (1) and Zhukov (3) after the Russians carry fatigue into the match after their beating. The crowd pops huge for the win by Powers and Jones! AJ Styles wins again in a rematch from last month against Marty Jannetty (3) w STYLES CLASH…A video airs for A MAN NAMED STING COMING SOON TO THE WWF! Dibiase had a phony phone call placed to Elizabeth telling her Savage was showing up to meet her for dinner, then cut the promo to Savage without her knowledge. Elizabeth thought she was stood up by the Macho Man. But all is well now except for the beating Dibiase has coming from Savage at the Survivor Series! A video airs for A MAN NAMED STING COMING SOON TO THE WWF! The British Bulldogs defeat the Dream Team in a Survivor Series qualifier. The Bulldogs will join the Brothers of Destruction at Survivor Series…The Ultimate Warrior cuts a promo from the depths of the Intrust Bank Arena. He says he sees deep inside the dark soul of John Cena - and soon everybody will see the same things the Warrior does…It’s a big Survivor Series preview as Team Bruno head to the ring one by one for a warm up match! WWF Champion Bruno Sammartino, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, the Rock, HBK and Roman Reigns defeat the Moondogs, the Genius and Mr. X in a Survivor Series match, with all 5 members of Team Bruno surviving. Bruno finishes Mr. X with the BACKBREAKER RACK…the show ends with Hulk Hogan in the ring choosing his Survivor Series team…Hogan says Flair and the Horsemen are the dirtiest players in the game, so he needs a tough team full of tough guys. Thanks joebreakdown. LOW sure is fun when I can control the anxiety of having SO many incredible cards (both official and boots) to work with. Appreciate you checking things out. Survivor Series will be great fun and hopefully set the stage for my year 2 in 2021.
