CWF Saturday Slam 007
02.16.2115 from Warrior Center, Tarkania, Centra Prime- CWF News & Notes --The new era of the CWF reaches a milestone supercard to crown both the CWF Tag Team champs and the bearer of the Primus Carnage Gauntlets. Plus, Chaos makes his first defense of the CWF Heavyweight Title!
-We will hear from both champ and challenger in a special side-by-side interview by Ms. Liberty.
-Adam Blast wanted a match with Adam Traitor, but Commissioner At-Las questioned whether his nagging back injury would allow him to be at his best. Insisting he was fine, the legend was disappointed in the announcement of the 6-man tag match instead.
-Next week on Slam our main event will be the culmination of Lord Nexus' run to challenge Oracle 1-on-1! Oracle had the following words...
ORACLE: Rising Son a Scion of the family... Dimensions parted, the story remains the same. Never to be the legend the false father was. I have seen your future, Nexus. It will be one of pain and loss and betrayal...
-Commissioner At-Las has also assured us that after SHOCKWAVE we'll be seeing titles defended a lot more often as well as an announcement about a tournament to take place in May! Could this be the return of the
Centra Grand Prix?
-Rumor has it that the Prime Colonizer, Mandrill, stormed out of the Future Shock locker room moments before the show went on air. More than any other member, Mandrill has expressed his displeasure with the team and Magnus Colby. Has his jealousy of Chaos finally boiled over? Does Mandrill have a legitimate beef as he'd been left to do some heavy lifting and not have the back up of Future Shock? Ms. Liberty will attempt to connect with Mandrill before the main event.
Doomsayer vs.
Total AnarchyDoomsayer defeated Total Anarchy with a BRAIN GAMES at 9:54
Match Rating: 3.00
Match Notes: Both men were seconded by their tag team partners, Revolver and Oracle, respectively. All four men will meet tomorrow at Shockwave in the CWF Tag Team Title Finals.
They jockeyed for position early on and went back and forth with strikes before Doomsayer scored a near fall after being shot into the ropes.
Anarchy would come right back and they see-sawed once again. Finally Anarchy came out on top and began punishing Doomsayer with some big moves.
However, the Galactic Rebel would capitalize on a mistake by Anarchy to hit a devastating pile driver and then follow it with BRAIN GAMES! He could only get a 2-count, however, and then things spilled outside.
Doomsayer came off the apron with another Brain Games, and
Total Anarchy was busted open!
The Prophesy member is in big trouble.
Doomsayer his a ring-rattling spinebuster followed by the Doomsayer DDT!
BRAIN GAMES again! But, wait, Oracle is on the apron! Revolver runs around and pulls him down as Doomsayer hits his finisher one more time to score a decisive 1, 2, 3!
Will this win mirror the tag match at Shockwave, or does Oracle, as he says, have them right where he wants them...
- Primus Carnage Semi Finals Stipulations -(Ms. Liberty and Lance At-Las are in the ring with the Primus Gauntlets and contracts for the semi-final matches. Darkest Justice, Mayhem, and Vengeance enter led by Magnus Colby. Stacking the deck worked in Colby’s favor, for now as three of Future Shock’s members have made it to the finals. However, can the team survive another brutal encounter like Vengeance & Splatter’s Mensa Tables Match? Zealos, as is his custom makes his way to the ring through the audience. He gets a great pop from the hometown crowd, already hugely popular here.)
AT-LAS: The Primus Gauntlets represent more than the Carnage Title. In spite of what some may criticize as gratuitous violence, these gauntlets are history. They represent the unknown. Where did they come from? What do they mean? Why do we fight? How far will we go? How much can we take? You four fighters represent the grit, determination, and skill it takes to be a combat sports athlete. But more than that, you represent the boundary pushing lengths fighters are willing to go to achieve not only victory, but greatness.
(Vengeance yanks the mic from At-Las)
MOW: Commish… You save the poetry. I’m here for violence. I’m here for blood. And those Gauntlets… Hell, I am carnage!
MAGNUS: Vengeance, thank you for your enthusiasm. But I think we can all agree that even at our most base, there are still things worth pause and respect and reflection. Commissioner At-Las, I think the real question we all have: What are the matches?
AT-LAS: Before I announce, since we’ve heard from Vengeance, does anyone else have any comments.
(Mayhem and Darkest Justice decline, but Zealos takes the opprotunity…)
ZEALOS: This is more than just proving I’m a great fighter. To me: you’re all invaders. And win or lose, I will continue to fight you at every stop until you’re gone or I’m out of breath!
MS. LIBERTY: Gentlemen, I think it’s time to get these contracts signed before things get out of hand. I have here, for the match between Mayhem and Zealos…
A Circinus Cell match!
AT-LAS: And for Minister of War and Darkest Justice…
Total Anarchy!
(The contracts are signed, the gauntlets held on display, Zealos quickly exits through the crowd as Future Shock makes their way to the back without incident.)
- Mister Centra/Chaos Supreme Side-by-Side -Ms. Liberty stands in the middle of the ring as projectors beam Mister Centra and Chaos side-by-side. Not wanting to risk the main event, Commissioner At-Las thought it best to not have the two of them in the same room.
Liberty welcomes them and Mister Centra begins to trash talk Chaos and his manager, Magnus Colby. The King of Verve assures victory and says he will save the CWF from Chaos and Future Shock. Chaos smirks and simply states:
Your domination is inevitable.

Revolver defeated Adam Traitor with a FIGURE FOUR LEG LOCK at 54:48
Match Rating: 4.75
Match Notes: In a match meant to settle a number of disputes, it may have only furthered the animosity between these men. And it did so with a liberal dose of controversy on both sides!
The early story of the bout was the furor with which Evolution went after Minister of War and continued hoping for the tag whenever he was in.
Vengeance would frequently make a short comeback and then tag out, laughing at Evolution's efforts.
Mayhem ran wild early and got away with more than one chain shot. One of which
busted Star Slayer wide open!
Before that happened, though, Slayer hit the MAD MAT on Splatter for an early elimination. Adam Blast and Adam Traitor squared off as well, but neither man could get the better of the other.
Prime Colonizer never got in any offense, but instead fell victim to Lance At-Las' CENTRA LEG SWEEP to bring Future Shock down to 3 members against 5.
Star Slayer would attempt to steal the show against Mayhem as the two engaged in a high impact hardcore battle. Slayer hit a devastating dive that had both men rolling on the floor and nearly counted out.
Slayer attempted a top rope missile drop kick, but Mayhem used the ref as a shield! The ref is down and both men spill outside to brawl around the ring.
Both men are bloodied and still fighting when the ref comes to, but Star Slayer has the advantage.
He would then miss a MAD MAT and Mayhem hit the LEAP OF DOOM! Adam Blast is in to break up the pin... The ref holds him back, but seems to trip on his own feet, still groggy from being knocked down. He stares at Blast and calls for the bell... Adam Blast is eliminated via DQ!
Blast is hot and At-Las and the rest seem disappointed as well, but Lance tells his team including Blast, that the ref's decision stands... He won't interfere.
Vengeance would brutalize the
bloodied Star Slayer and get a pin fall after Vengeance Spasm. The teams are all tied at 3 each now!
As the match continued, Revolver would apply a figure four to Traitor and Vengeance would come in for the save, beating down Revolver!
After repeated warnings, the ref DQ'd Vengeance! The Minister of War laughed and gave At-Las' team the middle finger!
Adam Traitor would make a much needed tag and Mayhem came in to do some work on Revolver. Speaking of, Revolver shocked everyone by kicking out of the LEAP OF DOOM!
Lots of tag work led to Evolution and Mayhem brawling it out and Mayhem using a steel chair to draw a DQ! Adam Traitor is the last member of Future Shock!
He miraculously survives a MARS MANHANDLER, but immediately thereafter succumbs to Revolver's FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK.
What a match! Lance At-Las, Evolution, and Revolver get to call their respective shots for a future match of their choice, while, maybe even more importantly, Magnus Colby has been banned from ringside during the main event at SHOCKWAVE!
