Best online commissioner option

Is there a good commish card available online? I'm looking for one that books special matches or might even book a series of matches. I'm good with either official or bootleg, but I"m not sure where to look.

There is a Dave Marquez card that was available from CWFH. There's also a B&W Commissioner Charlie Cox card that was originally available in the Indy Circuit Pulse magazine. It can now be purchased for $2 here: filsingergames.com/products-page/speciallimited-edition-cards/

It's not available for use on COTGonline.com but it is available to order a printed card at the link I posted above. $2
