Eddie Caddock (I had to wiki him , been British didn't know who he was) I told understand his families feelings as everyone has been ripped off once or twice , you are abit unsure after that . What about a vintage set one day ?

Yeah, unless they say otherwise I expect it will be a ten card set. Some interesting possibilities and I wonder who they are saving for the preorder. I know that we normally tease a good name that is getting a color rerelease the Monday before preorder and then a new headliner on Black Friday, but what if we changed things up a little and announced a headliner this Monday? How would people feel about that? Yeah let's do that. |

One question that often puzzles me , what does a wrestler get out of saying NO to a card release ? Apart from breaking our fans dreams . Or don't they just understand how the game works . Some wrestlers really like money and ask for insane amounts up front. Others probably don't want anything to do with a product that isn't WWE released because they'd get royalties. |

Let me start by saying I don't play COTG, and I don't know anything about it, but I took a look at the thread about this current set and to my surprise I see in the very first post the list of cards in the set.
So the only thing the weekly reveal gives is the art for a card. But somehow the COTG has been getting 2 reveals a week.... And LOW just 1.
Why can't we get this for LOW??
You can announce who is in the set and surprise with the art work each week.
You can still hold off on the NEW names for a surprise reveal.... something like this....
Low expansion 5 :
Val Venis
Kip James
BG James
New Star
New star
Ect......
That way we know who is getting the color update, but the new names you can still play games with.
Just my thoughts about this... Not bashing anyone or anything.

Well to be fair, the COTG set is a color remake of a classic set, so everyone already knows the cards. With new COTG sets it works the same way as Legends. actually for COTG sets usually half the roster is not revealed at all before promoters get them. As for the 2 reveals a week for COTG so far, 1 has been for the set and 1 has been for COTG Prime. Now that COTG Prime is all announced this week will be an Indies prime name. The next couple weeks you will see multiple Legends names each week until sets are mailed. |

Personally, I'm the guy that DOES NOT WANT to know and fully looks forward to every Monday night around 5pm to see the new wrestler getting announced. If I already knew who was in the set, then just getting the art wouldn't have that same exciting feel to it! Keep doing it the same way guys! Some Mondays are less rewarding than others, for example, Val Venis wasn't really my favorite, but popped when the Road Dog and Billy Gunn were announced.

They would much rather Filsinger do it in a way that makes them happy. It gets re-hashed time and time again. Around and around and around we go. They are not going to change the way they do things; so enjoy the ride for what it is. Not trying to bash you in particular, but it gets mentioned each time there is a new set thread. |
