Unless Washington passes on Young the Lions should really try to trade down. Miami at 5 or Chargers at 6. Vegas at 12 only if it's a big haul for us.

I think the problem with the Bengals trading away the #1 pick to the Dolphins for the #5 pick, #18 pick, and then a 2nd round pick or whatever is that the Bengals need a QB- and Burrow is definitely considered the best QB in the draft- and there is no guarantee that Tua or Herbert will be there at #5 as the Lions have already said they will listen to offers for the #3 pick. Then all it takes is for 1 more team (such as the Raiders who want a new QB and have multiple first round picks) to make the Giants a huge offer at #4 and then all 3 QBs are gone before Bengals would pick at #5. I do not think it is worth it for the Bengals to take that risk. |

I wish they would go play in Mexico City or Bangladesh. Some place far away where Spanos will lose billions and have some cartel take over his team. I'm not bitter our anything. Oh man lol. I hear you. Spanos does some weird stuff. Messing w the Bosa contract is an example. Who do you like on Thursday? New signal caller? I hope they screw up and take a guy who is a 15 rounder from the Canadian football league. But has a name close to a really good future hall of famer. |

I hope they screw up and take a guy who is a 15 rounder from the Canadian football league. But has a name close to a really good future hall of famer. Oh man. I can’t imagine if my Lions left town. The Lions seem to be that team that is just missing something. I dont follow them close but the games I do catch they always seem to be in games but fall short. A lot like the Chargers that one season where I think every game they lost be either a last second score or had the ball and couldnt convert.

The 3 QBs, the 4 LT's, Young, Brown, Okudah and Simmons. Any one of them after a trade down to 5 is a W for the Lions tonight. GO LIONS! |
