I saw that on Smackdown last night, it was a good tribute. Pat Patterson, I think almost every year if not every year, represented the WWE at the CAC here in Las Vegas sitting at the WWE table during the Wednesday night banquet and I think also the Tuesday night Bockwinkel sandwich dinner. A few years ago (I think 2016) I went straight to the Gold Coast (site of the annual CAC) from work and I was at the bar waiting to hear back from Chad Olson so I could meet up with him when I looked over and there was Pat Patterson sitting with Gene Okerlund. I agree. To me it very much felt like a loving tribute to a friend rather than a tribute to a wrestler. There was very little of his actual wrestling career represented in it, which kinda bugged me but part of me also feels like it was probably Vince being a bit more involved and wanting to show his friend in the light that he remembered him best. It also hit me that this must have been a very big loss for Vince personally. For all the negativity he gets and in many cases deserves, he is still human and this was a very good friend of his that has now passed. |

RIP Milan. Man, looking at that poster, we need Kung Fu Fighter and The Liquidator. I imagine The Liquidator wearing a cheap leisure suit and a bad toupee. Cutting promos on how he is doing a blowout special on pain and losses for his opponent. |

Dane had a decent run through the Dallas territory into the early 90s. He was also the brother of LOW alum Scott Casey.
