Thank you for the predictions everyone . . . Jimmy Snuka (24) v. Al Snow w/Head (41)
The “Head” chant is alive and well. Morgan Dollar has strict instructions for both men and Head as well. They trade counters. Irish whip, reversed, reversed again and Snow hits the corner hard. Snuka is in with a stiff clothesline. Flying head butt connects followed by a backbreaker and piledriver. Snuka presses for a near fall (R5/P4). Snuka to the top and leaps…. Dollar goes down! (7 moves). Snow takes it outside but Snuka sends Snow into the ring post. Powerslam and Snow rolls to the floor to recover. More brawling and Snuka maintains the upper hand. SUPERFLY LEAP… no referee . . . Snuka takes it to ringside this time. Snuka sets for a piledriver but Snow counters and backdrops Snuka onto the ringside table. The table holds up and Snuka slides off and ends up folded up awkwardly against the rails. Back in the ring, moonsault from Snow is on target. Dollar is back to his feet. Snow with a cobra clutch suplex. Snuka is dazed. Sent hard into the corner. Snow charges… Snuka counters with clothesline. It is all Snuka. Backbreaker. Piledriver. Into the corner, backdrop sends Snuka over the ropes to the floor. Brawl on the floor. Snow leads it back to the ring. Snuka is in trouble. Snow goes to the corner. SMASH WITH HEAD. Dollar calls for the disqualification. Snow is out of the tournament this year and next!
Up next . . .
Davey Boy Smith (25) v. Del Wilkes (40)
Wilkes stunk up the joint in his debut in my Maple Leaf Wrestling Legend’s Fed so I am expecting the Bulldog to go through

For some reason, I thought Snow might get disqualified....using Head to earn it though is rough..that's a low DQ.
Much as I like Patriot, I'm going with DBS.

Davey Boy Smith (25) v. Del Wilkes (40) Morgan Dollar calls for the bell. The opening handshake has some intensity to it as both competitors know that one of them will not be invited back next year. Wilkes controls with a series of headlocks before landing a handstand knee drop and power slam. Smith finally gets things going trapping Wilkes in an impressive looking elevated surfboard and connecting with a kick to the face. Superplex shakes the ring and is followed by a deathjump smash to the top of the skull. Running clothesline sends Wilkes out to the floor. Smith follows and they lay in forearm smashes. Dr. Mike Lano steps in for a close up and gets shoved by Wilkes into Smith. Atomic drop from Wilkes for a one count (R11/P3). Smith takes another atomic drop and then gets rebounded into the ropes. Smith counters with an inside cradle… 1, 2, kick out (R4/P3). Smith with a piledriver. RUNNING POWER SLAM. Wilkes kicks out of the cover (R9/P6). Running clothesline is on target. Superplex and a leg drop crush Wilkes. Shoulder tackles and back to back face drops on the buckles. Another superplex rocks the fans. Wilkes gets shot into the ropes and into a backdrop . . . countered with a piledriver. Both men are slow to their feet . . . Wilkes with an atomic drop followed by a clothesline. UNCLE SLAM. 1, 2, ¾ (R5/P4). Smith gets rebounded into a stiff back elbow. Power slam from Wilkes. PATRIOT MISSILE . . . Smith kicks out (R7/P5). Second PATRIOT MISSILE . . . two count only (R8/P6). THIRD PATRIOT MISSILE IN A ROW… ONE, TWO THREE (R7/P7)! The British Bulldog is out in the first upset of the year! Patriot fist bumps luke929 in the front row on the way to the back! A solid first week of action. Some of the marquee names coming up in the next week include Bruiser Brody, Stan Hanson, Killer Kowalski and Lou Thesz! Up next… Lou Thesz (8) v. BG James (57) The draw has been packed with big names already (Brazil, Vader, Bockwinkel) and now Thesz joins them. Keeping in mind that there is just one spot in the semi-finals up for grabs, this bracket has proven to be a very tough draw for the competitors. Thanks for making all the comments and predictions everyone.

Well I picked DBS but I'm totally good with Patriot advancing.
Thesz should probably win that in a walk.

Bulldog is out! Dang. I blame Mike Lano.
Thesz is a lock? Right?
