Even though I didn't win the pool, I thought that was one of the best ppv WWE put on in years. I really enjoyed the men's Royal rumble with Lesnar dominating at the beginning and all the action at the end.

I was happy to see Edge back competing in the ring. For me that was the biggest surprise of the night. Great to see him and Randy working together in the Rumble.

Brock is obviously the GOAT. Another epic match by him, adding to his legacy.
I was surprised Drew won. I don’t see the same things in him others do. He’s okay but not at all the guy I would want vs Brock. He doesn’t have much of a personality.
Same thing w Becky Lynch. She’s so incredibly over the top terrible in every way I can’t believe she’s their champ.
Biggest surprise was the jobber treatment of John Morrison. I can’t recall a worse return? First he shows up randomly back stage in a nothing segment on SD - now demolished by Brock in seconds? Yikes. Maybe he should have gone to AEW.
Enjoyed both Rumbles a lot even if I wasn’t crazy about the winners. Charlotte is okay I guess. It’s not her fault she’s in a class of her own. I just don’t care to see her face Becky again.
No NXT champs in either rumble???
Edge looked rough. Heard he signed a 3 year deal. They have SOOOO many wrestlers who need TV time he will now use up. Oh well.
The shine from the Fiend has worn off. They really got to get rid of that belt. We don’t need two champs.
Lost the pool to Wiggy when Drew threw out Roman. Soooo ya. Blah.

Agreed. He looked stiff. Ring rust REALLY set in and maybe the docs were right that he should be done. I'd hate to see him do further damage to himself.

The Rumble match itself was phenomenal. One of the best ever.
EDIT: Just watched Fiend vs. Bryan too and hoooooooly shit that ruled.

I wonder if Lesnar is tired of receiving nut shots? First Rollins, then Rey and son, now Ricochet....good grief.

Outside of the two Rumble matches, I was bored. I think Baszler should have won over Charlotte. With Charlotte, it's a been there, done that situation. She's phenomenal, don't get me wrong. Just would have liked to see anyone else. I'm excited for Drew. I also feel like he is a much better heel than face. I mean, at least it wasn't Roman again. The first part of the Men's Rumble was so great. Everyone who hates Brock was just seething I'm sure, and it made me laugh. My roommates can't stand Brock. So I would periodically go and laugh at them (They watched about an hour after I did). Just tired of the WWE status quo. I was excited to see Edge, but the same thing that Swarm said about Edge is the way I felt about Rey Mysterio. So many other wrestlers that need the attention, and they trot out these older guys. Then complain that people aren't stepping up.

Cena is gone. Charlotte is filling the void. Shena has arrived.
