It's way too early to know in my new fed but in my old one, Mil Mascaras was unstoppable!

Ravishing Rick Rude has held it the longest.

Ravishing Rick Rude has held it the longest. For me too! Rude was champ from (game year) December 2014 to August 2016, with 20 title defenses. The previous record was Nick Bockwinkel's first reign from March 2004 to July 2005 of 16 defenses. Bockwinkel's second reign from December '05 to March '07 was just as impressive, with 15 defenses. Lou Thesz got close to breaking Bockwinkel's record on his first reign from December 2011 to February 2013 with 13 defenses but Rude was the one who ultimately set the new record!

Harley Race has over 15 successful defences. John Tolos was surprisingly unstoppable for nearly a year of game time.
In FPW, Rick Rude beat everyone from Bockwinkel to Buddy Rogers, Jim Londos to Magnum and I was always impressed with his run.

Brody had 32 successful defenses as US champ but that was by no means common. Bob Orton Sr. has the next most defenses at 18. RVD had 15 successful defenses as world champ. Londos had two 14 defense reigns as world champ. It drops off after that. Anything more than 8 defenses is stellar for me.

In my original LWF Fed Rick Rude was unstoppable and held on to the World Strap for years. In my LWF SUPER WORLD TOUR reboot The Nature Boy & later Macho Man have had successful year long reigns

Brock Lesnar. Won the WWF title then left for the NWA and showed up on Nitro w the WWF belt. Successfully defended it vs Ronnie Garvin. That’s where I left off last time I played LOW.

In my old fed, it was Andre. Finally had AJ Styles beat him, then decided Andre would no longer be a full-time guy and he would just come in for the spectacle. I don't want the title swapping hands every month, but it was getting a little boring when I knew what the outcome would be lol
