Hmm ... contemplating getting this set and using the card as Matadors son as it's too good to not use. Matador of M83 Jr or Matador II not sure sounds as good though.

Sounds a good idea but agree on the name. Not really geared up Matador style names. Could still be his son but call him the Picador of M83. Not sure it has quite the same ring to it though

How about calling him Son of Matador or Bullwhip? Isn’t there already a COTG wrestler named Bullwhip? I am thinking of the guy who teamed with Backlash as part of Dorado Sundown during the start of the Early Classics Period?

You could treat it like a Tiger Mask situation where he’s still called the Matador of M83 but it’s a new wrestler using the gimmick. “The Matador of M83” is such a vague name to begin with, it could be like a Dread Pirate Roberts deal where the persona gets passed on from generation to generation.
