I picked up OBJ off waivers last night and stashed him on my bench. At 4-1, he may come in handy next month. The rumors of him going to Buffalo were too tempting to pass up.

Thinking ahead is always a good thing. I picked up Tua and put him in one of my IR slots. I figure to use him once, against the Lions of course, then if he gets rolling again with Miami, I am good and if not, I cut him and pick someone up I might need then.

3-2 in both of my leagues. All my losses have come against high score but that always seems to happen to me every year. I just traded AARON JONES for Kenneth Walker. I thought GB would have to feature there best Skill player not named Rodgers but I was wrong. Meanwhile Seattle has turned into Detroit West. Traded McLaurin for DK 2 weeks ago. No Guts, No Glory

Good trades. I would like to make one but cannot find one that would be beneficial to both parties. I tried make a trade for Goff but it was turned down which is good for me. I would have played him last week. Of course, I lost anyways but would have lost by a lot more. I should have picked up Kenneth Walker for this week but I went with David Montgomery instead. Oh well. Funny thing is I had Walker on my team earlier this year but ended up cutting him.

I should have remembered the old saying "3rd times the charm". If I had I could have drafted Christian McCaffrey instead of Johathon Taylor and I might be doing better this year.

I learned tonight that a sack is a judgement call. If the QB takes the snap and starts to run right away he is considered a runner and not a QB anymore I guess. To me, unless he is taking a handoff from someone else, if a QB is tackled behind the line of scrimmage it should be a sack. Regardless of perceived intent of the QB.

The rollercoaster of FF. Two weeks ago, including my bench, I had 10 guys score in double figures including 5 that scored 20+. This week I had only 3 guys score in double figures and none over 13 points. Of course a lot had to do with injuries and being on a bye. As it is I was on the wrong side of the biggest blowout win this week as I scored a sad 67.48 points. But I feel better days are ahead. I have Dax and Tua on my team if for no other reason then the one week they play my Lions. Plus, I still have hope that Taylor bounces back and starts running like at least a top 5 RB if not the top RB. Viva la FF.

I had a 2% chance to win going into last nights game up 9 w my opponent playing Herbert.
He ends up throwing a pick and finishing w 8 points to hand me the W.
5-1 currently in 1st place with lots of football to go.
