The trailer for this series that starts on Disney + at the end of next month was released today and Sasha Banks is shown in it. It was rumored that Sasha Banks would be playing Sabine Wren, but to me she did not look like Sabine Wren on this trailer.

Really enjoyed the Mandalorian as did my kids. Hope this season is just as good as season 1. It’s nice to have something Star Wars related that is still fun and tells a compelling story.

Completely agree. My son and I loved getting up early on Friday to watch it last season. My favorite thing Star Wars wise since the original trilogy. Seeing Episode 9 in the middle of watching Mandalorian was such a let down.

You could tell Jon Favreau is such a huge Star Wars fan. The Mandalorian looked so gritty, so much like Star Wars.
To me, the inclusion of the Imperial Troop Transport, which was only a toy and not in the original film, was the biggest mark out moment of the season.

There were tons of Star Wars Mega Nerd things in that first season. Another one I heard was the Camtono container that held the Beskar metal is something that goes back to a background scene in Empire Strikes Back and has long been lore among the star wars nerds. Big props to Jon Favreau for not only setting the stage for the Marvel Comic Universe with Iron Man, but also giving long time Star Wars fans the live action adventure they want.

Yes, this is an awesome show. Simple storytelling with a few key characters. Not all mucked up like TLJ and ROS. My son and I are pumped for Season 2!

Loved season 1. Only thing I didn't like about the first season was all the stunt casting. Looks like we're in for more of the same in Season 2, but it's still fun TV.

Did anyone watch the making of season 1 on Disney+? It was crazy the tech they used for it and the fact they had 5 different directors on season 1. So they all brought something new and fresh to it.

Looking forward to Friday!
I finished watching all of the Clone War seasons episodes and all of the Rebels seasons episodes and I have been rewatching Season 1 of the Mandalorian to get ready for the start of Season 2 on Friday (which is Nevada Day so I have the day off from work.)
