Or every show is an 80s WWF tv taping and lasts 6-8 hrs. To this day Idk how I ever got my mom to agree to take me back to a second TV Taping after that first one still hasn't ended lol |

I generally do five matches and a couple of interview/promo segments. Basically, I go by feel and how much space I need to tell the stories I want to advance on a given show. The only constraints are your imagination and what satisfies you/ gives you the greatest experience. I don't get hung up on timing and "reality based" convention, but some people like to have that framework in place.

For my Super World Tour thread, LWF GOLD and AWA FIRE get three matches, and either a vignette or promo somewhere in the middle  |

It varies. For an hour show, I do four matches. For two hour show, I do six matches. For a three hour PPV, I do 8 matches. I have no idea how I arrived at these numbers but I've been doing it like this for years.

20 min time limit for a match,but i would assume most matches maybe 10 to 15 min.
And why not throw in a untaped opening match or two to get the audience in the right mood 🙂

How long does this take real time? If you play that fast, how do you enjoy matches? I usually play for about an hour or so at a time. Usually includes between 5-12 matches. |

When I was a teenager and first started playing COTG, I tried to use everyone on every show and I did that until sometime around 2093, I think. In the modern era, I think 10 matches is the absolute most I'd want to roll at one time but I'm not crazy about anything over 8. Six matches is really the sweet spot, though.
