Sorry bro I don't get on here much anymore. I would consider that one seamless segment, so (0.25).
For my next one (2 hrs), I have 3 reg matches, 3 squashes, and 1 in ring segment. If I counted correctly, that means 9-10 filler. Guess my vintage guys will be getting better at promos.
I also added Dark Matches (0 Points) because my last show (a SNME like event) was 8 pts for 8 reg matches, which means no room for promos, etc. Making 1-2 matches DM would give me a little breathing room.
Now I'm wondering how it'd work for ppvs. The only different I could see is some matches (like Survivor, Rumbles, and longer main events) would be at least 2-3 points each. I'm just not sure about how many points for each.
As just a base figure, I say 1 segment point = 12 minutes (which is why a 1-hour tv show would allot 4 points, or 48 minutes. 60 minutes minus commercials).
For 3 hours PPV I would give it 15 segment points to fill (or 180 minutes without commercials).
A Royal Rumble match where usually, and depending on number of entrants, they go around an hour, I would count that as 5 points. Same would be said if you had for example a 30-minute Iron Man match scheduled, I wouldn't count that as 1 segment point, but rather 2.5. Since it's guaranteed to go that amount of time.
Just use your judgement, this system is far from perfect, but rather just a quick reference guide in order to build a show while using some semblance of accurate timing. Not every match (with entrances etc) will go 12 minutes or 1 segment, but all of it put together I think gives a reasonable replication (for a card and dice game anyways).
Feel free to tinker with it if you feel something doesn't work for you.
