For those who do TV Shows for you feds, how many matches would you say is good for a one hour show and for two hours? How many angles and other things do you put on your shows? Trying to figure out a format to go by. Curious what other promoters say.

3 Matches + Segments = 1 Hour TV

Yeah, I agree. My TV shows are usually 4 matches and an interview segment (sometimes with two guests, but most frequently 1.

In my LOW fed, my weekly RAW, EAWA, and Smackdown shows are always 4 matches with a backstage segment (could be an interview,) or promo for the upcoming PPV in between each match for a total time length of 1 hour.

My typical format is a total of 6 matches and a couple of short segments...
Like: Intro segment/ 3 Matches/ Interview Segment/ 3 Matches/ Outro
For what it's worth, my normal "TV" show's six matches consist of 3 Singles, 2 Tags, & 1 Ladies Match per show in a mixed order
To answer the question? I always just assume the show lasts about two hours or so... even when some matches are crazy short.

I usually try for 1 non-match segment in an hour show and usually 4 matches. I guess it depends on the type of matches you are doing in that hour too. My 1 hour shows are mostly squash matches so they would be much shorter than a more competitive match would be.
