I had a blast again running and playing in the tournaments. As is my new tradition I went 0-3 in getting to the finals, but still had fun. Enjoyed the announcements and teasers too. Already cant wait for April.

It was a great time, everything ran smoothly. The triva contest was really fun. Only thing I'd change for another day long event like that is to expand how long the q&a panels last, 30 minutes didn't seem long enough for each game. Next time maybe plan for 45-60 minutes each. I agree with this. Sam and I talked last night. We think for COTG and Legends we need atleast 45 minutes.

I had a lot of fun with the panels. I think it would be really cool if you could get a Legend or an Indy name signed to pop in for a panel on a future one. I would even be willing to say pay $15 instead of $7 for the non-tournament ticket if I got a signed 8x10 or something to help entice some wrestlers to do it. After the con ended and a few folks hung on, we discussed the possibility for Gcon having a special guest to talk and do a signing, both in person and virtual signing (those are popular now).

I think things ran smoothly. The only suggestion Id' make is to really educate people better on how COTGOnline works so promoters can make decisions during matches and click for themselves. I get it that it runs smoother to just have one person clicking all the buttons, but it's gets to the point that even though you are 'playing' you're really watching someone else click all the buttons. Grateful for the guys who ran the tournaments, understand it's smoother this way to just have one person do it, just thinking of ways to make things more interactive and one of the great features of COTGOnline is that multiple people can play at the same time.
Alos, and I believe this is a limitation of Zoom, it would be great if we could pop in and out of breakout rooms ourselves. But I don't think that feature exists in Zoom yet.

I totally understand why we have folks controlling the clicks with Online, but if there's a way to allow multiple players play at same time, it'll make folks feel more engaged. With that said...honestly Todd, you knocked it out of the park!! You did such a great job with this, with a lot of moving parts, and in reality it seemed to move seamlessly (even if you were having to put out fires behind the scenes). It has allowed this community to thrive in a time when so much has been taken away, and that's a wonderful gift to us all! So, thanks Todd! Loving the virtual cons. Oh...and more eggnog please!

We offer people the option. Pretty much most seemed to want me to run the matches. I'd be more than happy to let others roll.

Smooth & fun as always. Nice to see everyone again. Most excited for the indies set out of the ones announced. Zero interest in Vintage or the COTG reprints makes it an easier purchase this quarter when added w All 3 PP’s. Great Job by Todd, Sam and everyone else involved.

I prefer letting the 'judges' roll for us, I get the feeling things could go much slower if we did it ourselves. But that's just me because I know i'd slow the game down. Sorry how rude of me not to say how much fun I had at this one as well as the Galacticon one earlier this past summer. It was a blast and it sure helps those of us who can't or aren't able to make it to these get-togethers in person. I hope the online option doesn't go away. Now, if I can only find a way to cheat my way into the championship of one of my tournaments i'm entered in.

Thank you for coordinating and running this event. It was nice to pop in and hear from everyone even though I was just listening in. I thought it ran fine and I was glad the meetings were up and allowed for dropping in and out as needed. I have had some issues with meetings with waiting rooms where I would be in the meeting and have an issue but then no one would monitor the meeting to let me back in, haha. I am more interested in the panels as well so either a more focused split of tournaments and then panels would be helpful. I had a tough time getting back on for the panels I wanted to listen to so missed some of the information. If the panels were more clustered it would be easier to schedule time to listen. We did actually cluster the panels this time from 430 to 7. Only outlier was the discussion with Tom. We may do something in the future to feature Tom later in the day though. I'd expect for the next virtual get together we have the block of game playing and the block of panels separately.
