Can't believe The Fantastics got the huge win over Gordy & Williams. Next to the Road Warriors, Gordy and Williams should be the next be threat to the titles. Was it a fluke win? Morning Crossbones! I know what you mean. I figured the same. But The Fantastics are for real and definitely on a roll. A fluke win could be a possibility. On any given night right? I'm still trying to wrap my head around Lou Albano defeating Lou Thesz in Troy's fed. The MVC hasn't hit their stride yet - but it's only a matter of time. (At this point...we see footage of Bill Murray and Harold Ramis welcoming The Road Warriors and Paul Ellering to the show...then two figures from The World Wide Empire bolted onto the set...Mercury (Matador of M83) and Atlas (Chaos The Indestructible)...but instead of attacking the guests...they simply shoved them all out of the way...and visciously and decisively attacked the hosts...and telling a semi conscious, battered and bloodied Murray and Ramis that...Wince McCan't...sends his regards)
(No one was more suprised than Mercury and Atlas were...(who regarded these Earthlings as inferior) when Paul Ellering knocked Mercury semi conscious with a wooden and glass shattering end table to the head...and The Road Warriors simultaneously tackled the enormous Atlas from both the front and the back)
(While the medical staff attended to Murray and Ramis...The Road Warriors executed their DOOMSDAY DEVICE tag finisher on Atlas...cracking Atlas's skull into the arena floor...showing the world why they...are The SOTU World Tag Team Champions...then Animal threw the t.v. camera at Atlas...forcing the end of the footage)

▪ Head of SOTU Security - Suror (Orrus The Unstoppable) tracked down the independent known as Shred (Wolf) in a secluded part of a forest that black marketers call Old Milwaukee...and was able to get him on board easily with an allegiance to The SOTU Commissioners...Shred agreed to track down The Dark Menace...once he realized what was at play after Suror caught him up on all...Shred exclaimed:

▪ Suror was then caught off guard when The Mad Hatter (The Guardian) appeared seemingly out of nowhere...there was some confusion on both sides as Suror claimed there were only 18 wrestlers who came here from the planet Merapis from the year 2136...whereas The Guardian said that he was one of 32 wrestlers on Merapis in 2136...Suror attributed this altering of history and reality to Sunshine Superman's (Godsend's) announcing his true identity on live t.v...The Guardian said 14 of the 32 had just landed here an hour ago...when The Guardian tried to catch Orrus up on this fact...his mind was quite flustered...and hardly knew where to begin...inside his head he kept hearing all of them...even in his diminished physical state:

Nice to see Bobo Brazil and the Road Warriors successful in their first title defenses as well as Ivan Koloff and Judy Martin setting up their own title opportunities. Between the matches and the segments I can't get enough of the madness in SOTU. Every time I dive into The Celebration of the Lounge Lizard, I can almost hear Bill Murray belting out "I am the lizard king, I can dooooo anythingggg!"  |

A Chest and a Guest!? Hmm.......😊 Hey joebreakdown! When I was trying to figure out a list of teams for the tournament on Card 13 I knew I wanted to have both Brad Armstrong & Andre in it. I really wished I had Bob Armstrong too but as I thought about it more I thought why not have Brad & Andre team together. It took a long time to think of a name for them - but settled on Andre being a "Guest Chest". I'm hoping they take it all actually. Thanks Joe - Happy Friday! |
