Really torn I what I hope the Lions do tonight. I’m up for almost anything - trade up, trade down, stay put for an Olineman (I like Slater from NW best) or a WR. Would be shocked if they took a QB. Feeling pretty confident that Goff is the guy at the moment. Can absolutely see them grabbing him a top wide out.
I LOVE the top two corners Surtain jr. and Horn. If we traded back (or even if we didn’t) I would be thrilled w either at 7.
Not a fan of taking any of the opt out players early. Guys like Sewell scare me. Players who take a year off simply don’t have a great track record of bouncing back (see Mike Williams). I’m really torn on MLB Parsons. He’s an opt out guy but man does he look great. His pro day was incredible. These guys are all in play for Detroit at 7 or after a trade down.
Love the WR’s in this draft. Chase looks like the best but Smith is very hard not to be enamored with. Not sure if the hype around Pitts is real or not. Would be shocking to see him go in the top 5.
Can’t wait! Big night!

One of my favorite times of the year and for once I'm not sure who my team is going to take which makes it even more fun.

Hoping the Lions trade down. I think we're screwed this year no matter what (well, what else is new?) so I say stack up more picks...FOR OUR SUPER BOWL RUN IN 2022!!! ROAR!!!
Yes, I am on several different medications.

I hope the Raiders tonight do not screw up in the First Round like they did with both of their First Round picks last year (Henry Ruggs should not have been the first wide receiver drafted, not even close, and that cornerback at #19 was a dud who was not even projected to be drafted until at least the 3rd round) and like they did with their 1st round pick in 2019 when they selected Clellin Ferrell with the 4th overall pick.

Breaking News says Aaron Rodgers says he will not be returning to the Packers next season. Demanding a trade. Apparently he wants to be in SF and they offering the 3rd pick plus more for him.
Amazing drama.

Here is what I would like to see the Lions do.
1) Trade down and get a nice haul. Then probably pick the best front 7 guy still on the board. I would not be against one of the top 2 CBs as it would give us a nice young combo that could dominate in a year or two.
2) If no trade then take which ever of these is still on the board. Fields, OL from Oregon or Northwestern, best WR left.
I say take Fields as I think he will be a stud. Let him and Goff compete. You can always trade the lesser of the two away. Especially if both perform real good. Heck you might be able to trade one away before preseason depending on how rest of the draft goes.
One last point. I really, really hope (I know they will not) that the Packers draft a QB in 1st round. Just to see if Aaron Rodgers literally explodes after.

If I’m the Lions I’m taking Fields. I don’t believe you can trust Goff and the Lions haven’t had a running game since Barry left. Leaving Goff with no weapons is asking for 3-13. As a browns fan I cant remember picking this low and not knowing what to expect. If Mac Jones goes to the Niners at 3... I’m a laugh. They better move heaven and earth for Rodgers. Hell Denver too. GB really must love Jordan Love.
Edit: I forgot Detroit has swift at RB. They have a lot of options, but I’d like to see them replace Golladay. Trading down is prolly best for them. They have a lot of needs
