Happy with the Browns draft. I wanted JOK in the first round and we got him in the second.

Very cool. I don't know college football as well as you but it seems like a good pick.

Very cool. I don't know college football as well as you but it seems like a good pick. Lions grabbed their WR in round 4. A speedster from USC. Then we traded up for a LB from Purdue. I do love Big 10 linebackers.

I'd grade the Lions draft either B or B+. The new regime has a plan and they stuck to it. Our O-Line should be a strength going forward. Added some big, fast guys on the D side. Then today a couple guys that could help the offense.
I looked at stats for Perriman and Williams over last two seasons. They need to work on catch to target ratio, especially Perriman. However if you combine their stats for last two seasons the catches, targets, yards and TDs line up with what Jones got in 2020 and what Golladay in 2019 and what he got in 2018. So maybe those guys just need more usage. Not saying they will be great but I do think both could with a fair amount of targets could be around or top 1000 yards and/or 10 TDs.

I agree about Perriman especially. Goff will be the best QB he has had in his NFL career. We still have Cephus, too. 3rd round WR out of the big ten (Wisconsin) who has shown flashes. Our RB’s will be catching a lot of balls in this offense, too.

I can't add much to what you other Lions fans have already said, but I think our draft went very well. Now let's get pumped up for a real-life version of "The Replacements", coming to theatres this fall! LOL.
ROAR...and FTP.

I was a bit down on the Las Vegas Raiders first round pick of Alex Leatherwood (I think he could have been had in the 2nd round) but based on how they went the rest of the way I am really happy with how it turned out. They added plenty of defensive players, which all of us Raider fans were hoping for, and the OL pick definitely has a chance to be a key player. I'm excited about Trevor Moehrig as they really need help at the safety position. If any of these picks, especially on D, pan out the Raiders could be in for a good season.
