Fargo appeared off-balance throughout the match with the unique wrestling style Kabuki employed, only mourning minimal offense. Kabuki attempted a pinfall after a 2nd rope falling fist, but Fargo was able to power out of it. Soon thereafter, Kabuki used GREEN MIST, that was not detected by the referee, to secure the 1-2-3 and a spot in the quarterfinals where he will face #1 seed Rob Van Dam for a chance to make the semifinals of the tournament. Scorpio accumulated three fatigue tokens, and Superstar accumulated seven tokens, which has to make his opponent in the quarterfinals, #4 seed "The Crippler" Ray Stevens, feel very confident.

“Mean” Gene: So can you give us some more details about these new titles?

*Additionally, “Mean” Gene Okerlund conducted an interview with “Hot Stuff’ Eddie Gilbert who expressed an aura of confidence heading into the final match. Gilbert noted that he would be keeping an eye out for THE GREEN MIST and that he The Great Kabuki should watch himself or he might get burnt!*

It also saw both men try to hit their illegal moves, with Gilbert successfully connecting on a FIREBALL blasting Kabuki in the face with it. The pinfall attempt was interrupted by a distraction from Gary Hart. Gilbert then hit a DDT on Kabuki and attempted a second pinfall, only to have his pin interrupted a second time by Hart, at which point Kabuki unsuccessfully attempted to spray GREEN MIST into Gilbert’s face. Gilbert ended the match a few moments later when he hit the HOT SHOT. As the show went off the air, Gilbert stood in the ring with a smug look on his face as Commissioner Teddy Long handed Gilbert the LNWA Television Title belt, which referee Joey Marella strapped around Gilbert’s waist.

Gordon Solie: A good Thursday evening wrestling fans! I'm Gordon Solie, and this is a Legends National Wrestling Alliance Tuesday Night News BREAKING NEWS BRIEF. As was announced this past Tuesday on our Tuesday Night News, LNWA Commissioner Teddy Long announced that there would be a press conference announcing a huge new signing to the LNWA, who would be the fourth and final participant in this June's LNWA Pay Per View, LNWA #1 Contenders, #1 Contenders World Heavyweight Title Tournament. That press conference happened today and to say that it was not newsworthy would be a blatant lie. Commissioner Long announced the signing of this new talent at a press conference held at The Riviera Casino in Las Vegas. And, to a surprise of everyone in attendance, the wrestler signed was The Man The Call Sting! However, the signing was not the biggest news to come out of the press conference, when it was interrupted by Big Van Vader and his new manager, Gary Hart. Vader then brutally attacked Sting delivering a devastating POWER BOMB to Sting on the press conference podium, clearly injuring the new talent. Hart then issued a challenge to Sting to wrestle for his spot in the LNWA World Heavyweight Title Tournament at next Saturday night's LNWA Main Event Wrestling weekly TV show. Sting accepted the challenge, but fans and analysts wonder if Sting will be healthy in less than 14 days' time. However, Sting said he is not one to ever back down from a challenge. What will happen? Only time will tell, one thing is certain Commissioner Long and the LNWA Board of Directors allow wrestlers to settle their differences in the ring rather than issuing suspensions. We will see what happens next Saturday on LNWA Main Event Wrestling! This has been a Legends National Wrestling Alliance Tuesday Night News BREAKING NEWS BRIEF! I'm Gordon Solie, and goodbye from the Sunshine State!

Semifinals Round #1. Abdullah The Butcher vs. #4. “Wild” Bull Curry in a hardcore Texas Death Match
In a shocking upset, #4 seed “Wild” Bull Curry won an all out brawl of a hardcore Texas Death match by pinfall in 18:19 after he hit BRASS KNUCKLES on #1 seed Abdullah The Butcher. The match saw both men brawl all over the arena and use multiple foreign objects including pipes, sound equipment boxes, fire extinguishers, steel chairs, and lighting cables. The match, at one point, ended up in a parking lot, where Abdullah The Butcher was thrown into the windshield of a car. Butcher was bloodied and wore a mask of crimson, before finally succumbing to the BRASS KNUCKLES. Curry moves onto the finals later tonight, which will be a ladder match, where he will face the winner of Cactus Jack vs. Killer Kowalski for the right to be the first ever Legends National Wrestling Alliance Special Matches champion. Butcher was injured for 12 cards and took ten fatigue tokens. Curry accumulated 3 fatigue tokens.
#1. Fabulous Moolah vs. #4. Sherri Martel
Fabulous Moolah moved onto the finals of the Legends National Wrestling Alliance Women’s World Title when she pinned Sherri Martel in 9:23 with a SMALL PACKAGE. The match included two brawls on the outside, with both Moolah and Martel winning one brawl. Moolah was unable to keep Martel down for a 3-count after hitting a BODY PRESS. Martel ended up losing by pinfall, when Moolah surprised her with a SMALL PACKAGE after Martel executed a scoop slam. Moolah awaits the winner of the Mildred Burke vs. Trish Stratus semifinal match, whom she will meet in the tournament finals.
#2. Cactus Jack vs. #6. Killer Kowalski in a Table Match
In a train wreck of a Table Match, Cactus Jack pinned Killer Kowalski in 12:49 after a DOUBLE-ARM DDT. The match saw both men try to use the table, with Kowalski and Jack unsuccessfully breaking the table in their first attempts. Kowalski had been dominating the match, until he attempted to smash Jack’s head into the table but Jack reversed the move, smashing Kowalski’s head into the table. Jack never went off of offense the rest of the match, and the train wreck of high spots came when Jack set up two tables on top of each other inside the ring, and then placed Kowalski on top of the tables. Jack then leaped from the top rope onto Kowalski, sending both men through the tables, and causing a tremendous amount of damage to Kowalski in the process. Jack then hit a DOUBLE-ARM DDT for the pinfall victory. Kowalski and Jack both accumulated five fatigue tokens each. Cactus Jack moves onto the tournament final later tonight, which will be a ladder match!
#2. Mildred Burke vs. #3. Trish Stratus
In a minor upset, #3 seed Trish Stratus defeated Mildred Burke by pinfall in 10:19, following a second STRATUSFACTION. Burke was on offense for much of the match, getting a submission attempt and a pinfall attempt on Stratus before Stratus was able to mount much of an offense. The match turned in Stratus’s favor when Burke tossed her out of the ring, and Stratus grabbed Burke’s legs and pulled her out of the ring, whipping her into the ring post. Stratus then put on a clinic, getting several pinfall attempts after Air Canada, the Stratusphere, and a spinebuster, before hitting the first of two STRATUSFACTIONS. Burke was able to kick out of all of the pinfall attempts, but was not so lucky following a second STRATUSFACTION. Burke accumulated 9 fatigue tokens, and Stratus accumulated 2 fatigue tokens. Stratus moves onto the main event of tonight’s special event, where she will face Fabulous Moolah to determine the first Legends National Wrestling Association Women’s World Champion!
