Hi, I've been interested for a while, but just recent bought a lot of cards including the Shimmer Intro set as I'm a fan of many of the women in it. I noticed in the download for the shimmer set that there was special rules for if you pair them against a male wrestler card, which mostly just made them better, which as someone who finds gender divisions in wrestling pointless and arbitrary made me want to know a few things.
1. are all the female cards generally weaker than the male cards?
2. are the rules in the shimmer into good at balancing this out?
3. this one is more opinion based, but if the answer to question 1 is yes... WHY?? if people want to separate men and women it doesn't matter how they match up with each other, because they won't be doing it, but people who like mixed gender stuff will want the women to be able to compete.
Feel Free to ignore #3 I just wanna figure out the best way to use my cards

I can answer your first question easily.
No. Not all women are weaker than men. In fact, in Champions of the Galaxy at least, there are women's wrestlers that actually have a higher Rahl rating than some (if not most) of the men, even with the small debuffs. There's also a female in Black Death 2127 called "Alpha Female" that directly ignores these rules against men and has a Rahl Rating of 44 (45 for tag matches) to boot.

I haven't dabbled into anything outside of Champions of the Galaxy, but probably. You could apply the Rahl Rating calculator to any wrestler card you may have. Here's a link to it if you're wanting to see for yourself. filsingergames.proboards.com/thread/2623/rahl-rating-system-guide

There are plenty of very powerful women wrestlers in the GWF. In fact, one of if not the strongest cards in the current game year is Cosmic Woman.
There are plenty of women wrestlers in the Legends games like Trish Stratus and Moolah who have powerful cards.
When pairing men vs women in matches there is a Woman’s Wrestler Conversion Chart out there that gives you a set of downgrades to apply to the women if wanted/needed. Things like lowering their power and increasing their PIN ratings. But you don’t have to use it if you don’t want to.
Hope that helps.

For a indie fed, I probably wouldn't bother with the conversion chart due to how intergender matches are presented on the indies. Then again, I haven't been able to keep an indie fed going for more than ten cards...

I guess it goes to the old cliche around here. Being new you may not have heard it before but it goes like this, "It is up to you promoter". So if you want them to be on level playing field then they are. Do what brings you the most enjoyment when playing the game. That is the whole point of all of his anyways.

yeah, the question started from me misunderstanding the thing in the shimmer rulebook, (I had read the rules already, but forgot that lower numbers are better), thanks for the help guys.
