25 years, time flies...
I still remember the 1st NITRO with Luger showing up in 95 and then Hogan coming out to form the nWo in 96. I can say at the point leading up to the heel turn, I was sick of Hogan and the turn changed that, what a time that was with the Monday Night Wars...

I will forever remember this. I was 14 and "watched" on the PPV channel with a scrambled picture since I couldnt order the show. When Hogan came out and turned I nearly lost it. It was awesome stuff, and sadly will never be duplicated ever again.

This was a day of glory as Hogan finally revealed that he was indeed the chump piece of shit I always knew he was...and the day that we learned Bobby Heenan was right all along!!!

I was shocked to find out that Heenan’s line “Whose side is he on!?” is controversial with today’s fans. Some of them actually call it a horrible call saying he spoiled it. I can only assume that is the younger generation and not anybody who grew up on WWF wrestling. For me it is one of the greatest lines in history, because the culmination of the entire Hogan vs Heenan exploded in that moment. Years and years of Heenan warning wrestling fans of Hogan and there it was. Absolutely beautiful and nothing we will ever see again.
