Here are the RESULTS (delayed) from a crazy night of Great North Wrestling from Tacoma!!

Sputnik Monroe gets the victory over "The Man Who Laughs " Hugh Morrus in our opening feature. Sputnik fought hard to overcome the bigger, more powerful Morrus, in a very good match. In the end MONROE used a devastating NECKBREAKER to down the big guy!
Time: (7:58).

Jerry Lawler breaks into the win column as he soundly defeats Al Perez tonight in front of the huge Tacoma-Dome crowd! Perez made a good accounting of himself, but this match belonged to "The King ". Lawler (2 tokens) takes a fair amount of punishment from Al (2 tokens) before ending the match after a running clothesline, followed by a 2ND ROPE FIST DROP! Time: (9:46).

Big Bill Miller continues his steady climb up the singles rankings, tonight at the expense of Buff Bagwell. The big Dr., manhandled Bagwell in this one. After a brief early sneak attack by Bagwell, Miller storms back and takes the win. After weakening Bagwell's lower back Bill uses his BEARHUG on the cocky youngster, who quickly submits. Time: (8:33).

**GNW WORLD TAG-TEAM TITLE SHOT**
In what seemed on paper to be another instant classic between hated rivals with a title shot as the prize, this one was truly disappointing. Not that it didn't entertain the rowdy Tacoma fans, but nothing got settled visa vie the title shot. As The British Bulldogs made their entrance, THE HEART-STOPPERS attacked from behind! Both teams brutality battled each other all around the arena....but neither team made it into the ring!!! The referee throws the match out as Dynamite Kid dropkicks Ox Baker off the entrance ramp, while Stan Stasiak puts Davey Boy through a table!. NO CONTEST
Time: (10:29).

**GNW INTER-STATE TITLE SHOT MATCH**
Bobby Duncum and Da Crusher light up the Tacoma-Dome, in a pier-six classic! Duncum, earning his first title shot, was all business and all NASTY! And The Crusher was happy to oblige Duncum with the same! Soon both men were bleeding , trading lefts and rights, kicking and stomping! Duncum used his BULLDOG, but THE CRUSHER kicked out at two-and-a-half! Crusher pasted the big Texan with his CRUSHER BOLO, but Bobby managed to kick out! After a grueling, brutal back and forth contest, "The Man Who Made Milwaukee Famous" Da Crusher (3 tokens), makes big Bobby (4 tokens) submit with his STOMACH CLAW. Time: (14:44).

***GNW INTER-STATE CHAMPIONSHIP***
King Kong Mosca came into Tacoma, with full intentions of reclaiming the INTER-STATE gold. But he was denied by the current title-holder WILBUR SNYDER! Mosca did his best to bully his way to the gold, but the stubborn Snyder was ready with a full bag of scientific tricks at his disposal. After using his considerable conditioning advantage, Wilbur was able to outlast the brutish challenger Mosca. Snyder wins his 2nd defense of the INTER-STATE after hoisting King Kong Mosca up for an AIRPLANE SPIN! Time: (22:46).

*Female/Midget Mixed TAG-TEAM Match*
It all started with one truly competitive and entertaining opening match between Melina/Billy the Kid taking on the team of Jazz/Pancho the Bull. Both teams were evenly matched, and the action was fast and furious. Melina after escaping a pin attempt by Jazz, made the hot tag to Billy! Billy pins Pancho with a perfectly executed AIRPLANE SPIN! (both teams had 2 fatigue). Time: (10:48).

*MAN VS BEAST!!!*
In a strange turn of events, avid rule-breaker KING KONG MOSCA defeats The Bear, TERRIBLE TED via disqualification! After receiving some questionable punishment from Mosca (choking, raking the eyes, biting no DQ) Ted loses it and gets disqualified for refusing to release Mosca's head out of his mouth! The crowd cheered Ted, even in defeat.

***10-Man MIDGET Battle Royal***
10 of the toughest micro-grapplers met in a truly classic spectacle tonight in FARGO!!! The order of elimination:

**FIRST BLOOD MATCH**
In a violent spectacle "The Raging Bull" defeated The Taskmaster" in this evening's FIRST BLOOD match up. Kevin Sullivan started off things by bum rushing Manny Fernandez on his way to the ring, and it was ON! Despite several taped fists delivered by Sullivan, Fernandez managed to avoid bleeding. These two men went at it full bore, inside and outside the ring, with the crowd urging them on! With Manny propped up against the ringpost outside on the floor, Sullivan runs full speed with a chair in hand! Manny drops down as Sullivan swings, and the chair hits an empty post, and ricochets into Kevin's skull instead! The Taskmaster begins to spew the crimson, and MANNY FERNANDEZ is declared the winner!

**STEEL CAGE MATCH**
After the break, THE CAGE is lowered in the FARGODOME!!!....and soon thereafter, two bitter rivals Baron Von Raschke and The Crusher, continued their life-long feud! It was a brutal and bloody affair to say the least! Both men used the chain-link like a food processor, and the crowd was rabid! The Crusher bashed his way to several pin attempts, but THE BARON would not be denied victory this night! After a huge powerslam, the big GERMAN clamps on his BRAIN CLAW and Da Crusher slowly slipped into unconsciousness! (Crusher 3 tokens, The Baron 2.) Time: (16:47).

***DOG COLLAR MATCH***
Sgt. Slaughter (representing THE DOGS OF WAR), went to battle against Ray "The Crippler" Stevens in this tethered slobber-knocker! At one point Stevens even had Slaughter hanging outside the ring, nearly choking the SARGE out! Slaughter with the backing of the fans in attendance, storms his way back, ultimately pinning Ray after a chain-reinforced SLAUGHTER CANNON!! (Stevens is injured for 6 cards.) Time: (13:49).

****MONSTER VS GIANT NO DQ****
ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER.....was hell-bent on destroying Andre the Giant tonight at ALL HALLOW'S EVE II! The madman from the Sudan, used every weapon he could find to this end, but in the end he only made THE GIANT angry!!! ANDRE pummeled The Butcher into oblivion, (even sticking the fork in Abbies own head)....then tossed him out onto the floor and used the concrete to his advantage. After powerslamming the Butcher outside (not once, but TWICE!)....he tosses Abdullah back into the ring....mounts the second turnbuckle and launches himself onto the prone Butcher (BIG SPLASH)......and that was that! Time: (14:16).

***MONSTERS BALL BATTLE ROYAL '23***
$15,000 and the Trophy until Next year, was on the line in Fargo, headlined by last year's winner WILD BULL CURRY, who was hoping to retain the treasure.......here's how it went down (order of elimination)in the FARGODOME.......

It was a wild night in Seattle, here's what went down Monday night in the Climate Pledge Arena!!!

It was a culture clash in our opener as The Boogie Woogie Man, Jimmy Valiant faced the Korean menace Kim Duk! These two, battled each other tooth and nail! A couple of well placed chops and a KOREAN NERVE PINCH, nearly spelled Valiant's end, but the "Man from NYC", battled back, nearly getting the victory with a SLEEPER! In the end this match ends out on the floor! After a brutal melee, these two (both running out of steam)...DOUBLE CLOTHESLINED one another on the concrete and we're counted out by the referee!
DOUBLE COUNT-OUT! Time: (11:38).

Adrian Adonis was victorious in his outing against DOGS OF WAR member Ranger Ross! It was a fairly even contest, until Adonis started cutting corners (no DQ). After a kick to the jewels in the corner (unseen by the official) Adrian ends things for Ross via GOODNIGHT IRENE. Time: (9:27).

Our tag-team feature was a thriller as The Big Boss Man and The Trooper looked to make THE ROCK-N-ROLL EXPRESS do some HARD TIME tonight in Seattle. Boss Man was at his rough and tumble best, having his way with both Morton and Gibson. THE TROOPER however, not so much! After isolating the Trooper, preventing him from tagging out, R&R got to work. In a flurry of a finish, Morton/Gibson dropkick a charging Boss Man out of the ring, then they finish with Gibson pinning the Trooper after a DOUBLE DROPKICK!
Time: (10:20).

********INTERMISSION********

The action continued after the intermission with a donnybrook between Barry Windham, and the gritty man from Ireland Fit Finlay. It was physical and full of action. Despite the size difference, FINLAY fought hard! But Fit (2 tokens), charges into an empty corner, snapping his neck on the turnbuckle, Windham (2 tokens) catches him staggering backwards with a LARIAT for the 1,2,3! Time: (9:47).

**GNW INTER-STATE TITLE SHOT MATCH**
Curt Hennig looked nearly "PERFECT" tonight as he defeats former I.S. champion Rocky Johnson and earns another shot at GREAT NORTH WRESTLING gold! After kicking out of Rocky's FLYING BODY PRESS (on 2 separate occasions), HENNIG after a short beatdown uses his HENNIG PLEX to secure the win.
Time: (13:52).

**GNW WORLD TITLE SHOT MATCH**
The MAGNIFICENT MURACO is back in the championship picture, with an impressive win over the fan favorite Antonino Rocca! Rocca was electrifying and made Muraco look foolish early and often. But Don was able to turn the tide in his favor. After delivering a sound thrashing to Rocca during one of the many, out of the ring incursions, Don tosses his opponent in under the ropes. Back in the ring MURACO uses his HAWAIIAN HAMMER to finish Rocca for the evening. Time: (12:29).

Here are the results from a wild night in DES MOINES.......

Taz and Sputnik Monroe opened the night with a hotly contested affair. Both men had "high spots", and this match went back and forth. During an outside brawl, Taz loses control of his senses and strikes Monroe with a chair. The ref has no choice but to DISQUALIFY Taz.
Time: (9:48).

Bobby Duncum looked impressive as he rolls to a victory in Des Moines over Scott Casey. After nearly getting a quick pin, (clothesline) Casey received a sound thrashing from Big Bad Mr. Duncum. Bobby ends Casey's night with a series of slams, followed up with a thundering RUNNING BULLDOG.
Time: (8:39).

Austin Idol and Dog of War member Corp. Kirchner got down and dirty in our next match! Idol's power and cunning vs Kirchner's grit and adaptability. A see-saw pier sixer that had the crowd cheering for more! Idol was nearly disqualified on two occasions, and Kirchner on one. The tide turned in Austin's favor after a timely neck drop on the top rope, that stuns the Corporal. Idol (2 fatigue) then applied his LAS VEGAS LEGLOCK and Kirchner (3 tokens) begrudgingly submits. Time: (10:42).

********INTERMISSION********
A successful tag-team (in another fed) teamed up for the first time here in Great North Wrestling, and a win was the result! Cowboy Bob Ellis/Pepper Gomez defeated the Moondogs (Spot & Rex). The veteran team was firing on all cylinders and kept the momentum throughout the match. After a brief barrage of offense from Rex, Gomez makes the hot tag to a fresh ELLIS! Bob softens Rex up with some stiff right hands and a powerslam, then tags Gomez. Pepper's MEXICAN LEAP pins Rex, as Ellis dropkicks Spot as he charges in for the pin save. Time: (11:16).

**GNW INTER-STATE CHAMPIONSHIP**
The Crusher and his long-time friend INTER-STATE Champion Wilbur Snyder went at it in The Wells Fargo Arena, with the gold on the line! After shaking hands the bell rang and it was a free-for-all! The Crusher was anything but hospitable and he did everything (legal or otherwise) he could to wrest the belt from Snyder. But Wilbur dug in and fought fire with fire! Wilbur nearly lost the match, after a CRUSHER BOLO, but he got his leg under the ropes for the break. Wilbur shoots Crusher into the ropes, and then back body drops him out the opposite side of the ring, to the floor. Barely beating the 10 count, Crusher rolls back into the ring where Wilbur is waiting. As DA CRUSHER slowly rises to his feet SNYDER charges and hits him with a FLYING TACKLE for the 1....2....3! Time: (13:56).

**GNW WORLD TAG-TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP**
GNW CHAMPIONS. ...The Road Warriors couldn't be THE HEAT in Des Moines, THE HARLEM HEAT that is! In an action filled display of power and brutality (by both teams), SISTER SHERRI's charges leave The Wells Fargo Arena as the NEW GNW WORLD TAG-TEAM CHAMPIONS! During a four man in ring fracas, Booker T shoves Hawk out of the ring, where he lands on Ellering, leaving Animal in the ring with both HEAT members! After a double team beating, Stevie Ray pins Animal after a perfectly executed TOWERING INFERNO . Time: (12:27).
