Overview:In a historic conference held in San Francisco, CA- seven of the top wrestling territories in the United States came together to form the National Pro Wrestling Alliance. The coalition also signed deals with major organizations in Mexico, Japan, and Canada- forming a world wide governing body to co-promote pro wrestling across the globe. The agreement: the NPWA would create and govern a World Heavyweight Championship, to be defended around the country as well as all affiliated global promotions. The agreement would also entail cross promotion, talent sharing (with restrictions), and a select number giant Supercard events per year, with a rotating location. The governing board would have equal representation from each territory, with a chairman elected on a yearly term.
Structure:A tournament will determine the initial World Champion. Once that has been established, the Champion will be assigned a territory where he will be sent to defend on a monthly basis (which territory will be determined based on dice rolls and/or chairman discretion). The territory hosting the World Champ will be "featured" for the month in this space via weekly house shows leading to the big event card. The rest of the territory will have short results posted for any weekly shows that are run.
This fed doesnt adhere to any specific time period, and wont track anything by specific years, past present or future. That said, the general format, roster and style sits in a 70's/80's structure- with liberties taken for personal preference. Rosters below will evolve over time, with folks floating to other territories when needed in the name of me having fun...

Promotions Rosters are inspired by the RL territories, with liberties taken to balance out the roster, or for general personal preference. Just like in real life, there will be movement with people entering/exiting territories as it makes sense for angles or just to shake things up. Ambitious undertaking you have here! I’m interested and will be watching! Lots of great feds on this board, but I’m always especially interested in the territory takes on this board and how people go about running them.

This looks like a fab project, with some interesting bootlegs in use. I'm particularly keen to see how Mid South develops, as it includes Terry Taylor, Mr Wrestling II and Butch Reed- three bootleg cards where I commissioned the artwork.
Good luck!

7 territories, quite an undertaking! Are you planning to roll all matches in each fed or focus on one fed each week and head-cannon the rest?

Thanks, and thanks for your part in those boots- those three were some of my favorites of the era. I'm very interested to see how that territory shakes out as well, the UBU boots really filled some key holes to enable this area to feel fleshed out.

7 territories, quite an undertaking! Are you planning to roll all matches in each fed or focus on one fed each week and head-cannon the rest? The plan right now is to focus on a single territory each month- run house shows weekly and have a bigger supercard at the end of the month that will also feature a World title match. The rest of the territories I'll roll 1-2 house shows and just post quick results as more of a newsletter style post. The idea is the work will be roughly the same but I can use a broader set of cards. We'll see if it proves out haha.
