Nuts. Michigan has lost RB Wes Hills for the rest of the season. Hopefully they can overcome the injury and keep rolling the rest of the regular season and into the playoffs.

I feel the same way about St. Louis losing AJ McCarron. Hopefully, we'll have Battlehawks vs. Panthers in the first-ever UFL Championship Game!

I missed him getting hurt. Then again not like there is a lot of coverage of the league lol

What a comeback with for the Panthers. They were down 10, cut it to 4, back down 10, cut it to 3 and were driving late. It looked like our QB threw the ball to the defender but what should have been an interception ended up a reception when our WR ripped the ball away in time as they were headed to the ground. Play of the year candidate and if Sportscenter still does Top 10 plays it has to be #1 today. Then we score the go-ahead TD and our D holds at the end of the game.
Next week is the last week of the regular season and we face the top team in the league and our conference. It will be for the conference championship I think but I doubt either team will be putting it all out there because we face each other again the following week in the playoffs with the winner going to the league championship. Next two weeks are going to be fun. Go Panthers!

UFL needs to think about flex scheduling for the last week of the regular season like the NFL. The 7-2 Panthers take on the 8-1 Stallions on Saturday at 2PM in what might be the best game of the weekend. Then at 7PM on Sunday it is the 1-8 Roughnecks vs the 1-8 Showboats in a "let's get the season over" game.

Yea, the league is not getting any respect. If Michigan wins the top seed in the USFL conference, a bit IF as they have to win be 23, they would still play on the road at Birmingham due to a scheduling conflict at Ford Field. If Michigan only wins be 21 or less, or even lose, it is a moot point. If the Panthers win by 22 they end up tied and not sure what they tie breaker would be then. I guess the UFL is lucky since I do not see Michigan winning by 23 or more.

I'll be cheering on the Battlehawks as they take on the San Antonio Brahmas--a team that Young Dewey gave one of his old nicknames.
If the Brahmas end up wining the championship, I think it's safe to say that it was fixed by the league's owner--The (so-called) Final Boss!

Tough loss for my Panthers. Our kicker has the leg, just needs to work on accuracy especially outdoors. But I will take the loss this week if it means a win next week. See you next week, same Birmingham team, same Birmingham stadium. Cue Batman's music.

Well, the Panthers season is over. They started today's game strong but had to settle for FGs instead of punching it in for TDs. They dominated the first quarter going up 12-0. They were outscored the rest of the way 31-6. It looks like Birmingham might win their third straight championship.
Hopefully St. Louis wins tonight and getting to play at home for the championship will give them enough of an edge. Ka-kaw is the law ya all.

Well, no need to watch the Championship game next week. Either Birmingham three-peats or the Rock's script was approved.
