If the Opponent Rolls Pins, Roll 2d6. On Rolls of 2-10, That Doesn't Work for Me Brother, Hulk Hogan rolls on lvl3 offense.

It probably has to do with his fee, which is impacted by the licensing of the Hulk name he has with Marvel. His fee, I assume would be larger than Flair's and if I have to make a guess, most would rather have Flair in the game. It'd be close but I'd be confident in that fact.

IIRC Hulk bought the rights to the name "Hulk Hogan" way back in '05. That's how WWE was able to use the name again (very short period where they couldn't call him Hulk). Probably an exorbant fee is what stops his inclusion in the game. Debatable who people would rather have included between Hulk and Flair but I'd say Flair would be the easier get. Actually the upcoming Flair retirement event would be a great backdrop to debut a Flair card. |
