Oh, I think you were accurate in your statement, at least as it relates to most on this board... I would flip for an official Flair card, but Hogan would be an Incredible get, and we would be able to recreate some of the most memorable matches in history with some of the cards we already have, like Piper, Savage, and Andre... luke929, this was more due to the back and forth that is occurring over Hogan. I'd be happy if we got Hogan in the game, but he's not even close to my top 5 or and probably not even in my top ten wants for the game, which are as follows: 1. Color Rude 2. Ric Flair 3. Pat Patterson 4. Dusty Rhodes 5. Dick Murdoch 6. Terry Funk 7. Ricky Steamboat 8. Dick The Bruiser 9. Arn Anderson 10. Dick Slater I think Hogan would make my top 10, just for historical significance, as well as my own personal memories. I got into wrestling in early '84 right after Hogan had won the belt. I was a short-lived Hulkamaniac, until I realized just how awesome Piper was... I loved the lead up to WM I. Shortly thereafter, I discovered the NWA, and for the next 10 years, I was completely hooked. I continued to follow wrestling after that, but it didn't have quite the same "oomph", as it did before. My top 10 wants would probably look like this (today): 1. Flair 2. Orndorff 3. Bret Hart 4. Tito Santana 5. Terry Funk 6. Nikita 7. Lex Luger 8. Hogan 9. Jake Roberts 10: Muta

Ok, I apologize for saying more promoters would want Flair than Hogan. There, I did it. I would say that assumption is correct. If you really wanna cause controversy, you gotta say some really crazy shit like this... I would rather have "Hollywood" John Tatum than either Flair or Hogan.

I know a lot of people don't like Ultimate Warrior but if Hogan ever came in I would love a Warrior card too to recreate WM6. My intro to wrestling was around 88 when Warrior's star was on the rise. He was and still is my favourite and I absolutely loved him going over Hogan at WM6.

Hogan was trained by Hiro Matsuda and he could perform a smooth drop toehold when the situation called for it, which it rarely did in the WWF. Nothing about his persona or ringwork ever interested me once Hulkamania began to run wild.
Honestly, I would probably get more use out of a Tatum card than I would out of either a Hogan or Flair card. So color me crazy. 🤪

Oh, I wasn't just making that statement to say it was crazy.
I absolutely would rather have a Tatum card than any of Hogan, Flair, Warrior, Austin, or Rock. (and many, many others!)

The thing with these big, seemingly impossible names is there are so many "as official as official can get" bootlegs out there that it really doesn't matter to me if we ever get them officially or not. Hogan, Warrior etc. would be amazing don't get me wrong, but I'm content with the unofficial cards this community has produced over the years that fill in the gaps.
With that said, the LOW team has given us HUGE names and continue to do so, so I wouldn't put any plausible signing past them.

Is Dude Brohan from the 80s mania wrestling set basically Hogan? Yes and Jet Set Strutter is basically Flair.

Dude does have some some Fast Times From Ridgemont High tossed in him unlike Strutter who seems totally Flair.
More recent characters tend to blend more into them.
