Clinch and Shoot in the house. Yeah, they've been kicking ass and taking names recently. Hoping for a long title run from them although I probably just jinxed it by mentioning that. LOL! Thanks for commenting.😀

YEAR ONE-JUNE-WOMENS TOURNAMENT:
Hello again fellow promoters: It’s time to determine the new #1 Contender for Mother Superior’s Championship. As always wrestlers are ranked according to their overall win-loss record for the year. Let’s get down to action!:
First Round: #1 Shann-Ra beat #8 Deadliest Of Species #2 Mother Superior beat #7 Rotunda #3 Strafe beat #6 Sultana #4 Phantasy beat #5 She Devil
Sem-Finals: #1 Shann -Ra beat #4 Phantasy #2 Mother Superior beat #3 Strafe
Finals: #1 Shann-Ra beat #2 Mother Superior
A pretty cut and dry tournament this month with the higher seeds winning every single match. Anyways, Shann-Ra takes it and will try to regain the Women’s Championship she lost a few months ago.

YEAR ONE-JUNE-CRUISERWEIGHT TOURNAMENT:
Alright, let’s move on to the cruiserweights. Just a reminder that Ensor is the current champion. As usual the top five seeds all received a first round bye.
First Round: #6 U.S. Male beat #11 Mutant #7 Nitro beat #10 Vanity #8 Coven Black beat #9 Pulsar
Quarterfinals: #8 Coven Black beat #1 Tristan #2 The Betrayer beat #7 Nitro #3 Ensor beat #6 U.S. Male #4 Mantis beat #5 Panther Warrior
Semifinals: #2 The Betrayer beat #8 Coven Black #4 Mantis beat #3 Ensor by Countout
Finals: #2 The Betrayer beat #4 Mantis
The Betrayer wins his second tournament of the year. Perhaps he’ll have better luck in this title match then he did the first time.
I have to admit I’m surprised that Nitro hasn’t been more of a factor in this division. He has a pretty solid card. Going through my records he does have two wins over Mantis but otherwise his other wins have been against Vanity and Pulsar which is nothing to brag about. He’s fared better in the Galactic Contenders tournaments though where he has victories over Turmoil, Actagon, Anivar and U.S. Male. It seems like every single time I point out a wrestler’s shortcomings on this board they end up having a better performance the following month so perhaps Nitro will use this as motivation to shut me up.
With this result I now have all my #1 Contenders which means it’s time for the monthly Supercard. Results for that will be posted within the next few days. Until then I hope everyone has a good day.

YEAR ONE-JUNE-NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS:
Welcome everyone to this month’s Supercard. Here’s a rundown of tonight’s event. For title matches all the champions are listed first.
1. Main Event for the GWF Galactic Heavyweight Championship: Encubus vs Swarm
2. GWF Interplanetary Championship Match: Havoc vs Aethran Overmaster
3. GWF Television Title Match: Star Warrior vs Hector The Holy Brown Bear
4. Ladder Match for the GWF Heavy Metal Championship: Comrade Terror vs Zygon
5. GWF Interplanetary Tag Team Championship Match: Rush & Turmoil vs The Twin Towers Of Destruction
6. GWF Cruiserweight Championship Match: Ensor vs The Betrayer
7. GWF Women’s Championship Match: Mother Superior vs Shann-Ra
8. Special Attraction: Shoot & Clinch vs Dan Severn & Ken Shamrock
9. Special Attraction: Endgame vs Hulk Hogan
10. Special Attraction: Brute & Massacre vs Demolition
Since the Aethran Overmaster has two title matches tonight we’ll start off with him so he has a chance to rest up a bit for match #2
1. INTERPLANETARY TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: RUSH & TURMOIL VS THE TWIN TOWERS OF DESTRUCTION
-Turmoil and Paralyze trade blows for awhile and eventually Paralyze is able to perform a PERMANENTLY PARALYZED but Turmoil kicks out.
-The Overmaster and Rush tag in and Rush gets some momentum going. After receiving an Aethran Arrow the Overmaster bails out of the ring to try to regain control. Rush follows him out and a wild brawl erupts. Overmaster manages to avoid the DQ but Rush can’t. The Towers win the match but don’t get the belts.
WINNERS BY DISQUALIFICATION: THE TWIN TOWERS OF DESTRUCTION. (Rush & Turmoil retain the belts for their second successful title defense)
2. CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: ENSOR VS THE BETRAYER
- The Betrayer starts off on offense but Ensor quickly takes over . Ensor connects with a 450 Splash and goes for the cover but Betrayer kicks out.
- The match goes back and forth for a bit and finally Ensor is able to get some steady offense in. He hits Betrayer with an FDF Defender Drop and follows up with an ERUPTION OF THARSIS but Betrayer is able to kick out again. Ensor climbs to the top rope and performs a flying clothesline. After another 450 Splash he covers Betrayer to get the win.
WINNER AND STILL CHAMPION: ENSOR (HIS SECOND SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)
3. SPECIAL ATTRACTION: BRUTE & MASSACRE VS DEMOLITION
- Brute and Ax start things off and trade blows for a bit. Eventually Ax tags in Smash who proceeds to get his rear end kicked by The Gladiators. They try pinning him three times after an Atomic Kneedrop, an Atomic Skullcrusher and a DECAPITATOR but Smash manages to kick out all three times. Thankfully for The Demos Smash is able to tag out shortly thereafter.
-The match goes back and forth for a while with not much noteworthy happening other than an unsuccessful pin attempt by Ax on Massacre after a double thrust to the throat.
-The turning point occurs when Brute throws Ax into the ropes and gets in position for a back body drop which Ax is able to counter with a piledriver. Ax tags in Smash who holds Brute in place for the DEMOLITION DECAPITATION. Ax comes off the second rope with the elbow and covers Brute for the victory.
WINNERS: DEMOLITION
4. TELEVISION TITLE MATCH: STAR WARRIOR VS HECTOR THE HOLY BROWN BEAR
- Hector gets the early advantage but it’s short- lived. After being hit with a Simple Obsession Star Warrior bails out of the ring and wins the ensuing brawl when Hector follows him out.
- Back in the ring Star Warrior hits Hector with a reverse piledriver and goes for the pin but Hector kicks out. Star Warrior doesn’t let up though and after a flying Dropkick and a Running Star Blast he covers Hector for the 1-2-3.
WINNER AND STILL CHAMPION: STAR WARRIOR (HIS FIRST SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)
5. LADDER MATCH FOR THE HEAVY METAL CHAMPIONSHIP: COMRADE TERROR VS ZYGON
-Holy Moses! If I knew how long this match was going to take to roll out I would have chosen a different specialty match from The Ringside Companion. Considering this match lasted around 45 minutes I’ll keep this write-up brief. Zygon had his moments but overall The Comrade was in control for most of the fight. Finally Zygon’s pin rating reached 12 and Comrade Terror was able to climb up the ladder and retrieve the belt.
WINNER AND STILL CHAMPION: COMRADE TERROR (HIS FIRST SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)
6. SPECIAL ATTRACTION: ENDGAME VS HULK HOGAN
-This match was a complete squash as Hogan dominated from the get-go. After a backbreaker, an atomic drop and two LEG DROPS OF DOOM Endgame was down for the count.
WINNER: HULK HOGAN
7. WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: MOTHER SUPERIOR VS SHANN-RA
-Shann-Ra is on fire to start. She goes for three pin attempts early on after a Spinning DDT, a Waistlock Suplex and a MACHETE respectively but Superior kicks out each time.
-Mother Superior eventually takes over for a bit and manages to put some fatigue tokens on Shann-Ra after two Feel My Pain’s. She goes for a cover after the second one but Shann-Ra kicks out.
-Shann-Ra regains the advantage but can’t do much of anything. After re-taking control Superior is able to connect with a SERPENTS OF HYDRA and a MOTHER OF DESTRUCTION but she can’t keep Shann-Ra down.
Superior climbs to the top rope and attempts a cross bodyblock but Shann-Ra catches her with a dropkick on the way down. One MACHETE later and Shann-Ra is the new champion.
WINNER AND NEW CHAMPION: SHANN-RA
8. INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: HAVOC VS AETHRAN OVERMASTER
-Early on in the match both men are able to put a fatigue token on their opponents with “Add 1” moves. The Overmaster goes for a cover after an Overmaster Overhead Toss but Havoc kicks out.
-After hitting Havoc with some Ballistic Headbutts the match makes it’s way out to the arena floor where Havoc slams Overmaster into the announcer’s table. He avoids the DQ and throws Overmaster back into the ring where he hits him with a FALLEN DREAMS for an unsuccessful pin attempt.
-Overmaster is able to counter Havoc when he attempts a stiff uppercut. After some more Ballistic Headbutts and a Gladiator Piledriver Overmaster covers Havoc for the win.
WINNER AND NEW CHAMPION: AETHRAN OVERMASTER
9. SPECIAL ATTRACTION: SHOOT & CLINCH VS DAN SEVERN & KEN SHAMROCK
-Shoot & Clinch absolutely destroyed Severn and Shamrock never even managed to tag into the match. Shoot softened up Severn with a Bicep Slicer and a Deadly Shadows before tagging in Clinch who finished Severn off with an Overhand Right.
WINNERS: SHOOT & CLINCH
10. MAIN EVENT FOR THE GWF GALACTIC HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: ENCUBUS VS SWARM
-Swarm had the early advantage and managed to perform a WASP TRAP on Encubus but he managed to escape.
-The match goes back and forth for a bit. The turning point comes when Swarm attempts a Deathjump from the top rope. Encubus climbs to the top, wins the ensuing struggle and Superplexes Swarm back into the ring. Encubus then kept executing his various finishing moves on his opponent. Swarm manages to kick out of the first five attempts but finally after a GAMEMASTER DDT Encubus was able to pick up the win.
WINNER AND STILL CHAMPION: ENCUBUS (HIS FIRST SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)
After six of the championships changed hands on last month’s Supercard we saw a lot more stability from the champions this time around as only Mother Superior and Havoc were unable to retain.
I hope you enjoyed this edition of Night Of Champions. I’m still in the process of rolling out my monthly tournaments for the new month and I will post them once they’re available. Until next time I hope everyone has a good day.

Great card, love the special attraction matches. Funny note on the Gladiators vs Demolition match. Waaaaaay back in the day when I got the updated cards for Brute and Massacre I was bummed that the other cards were no longer being used. They ended up being one of the first times I recycled cards by making them another tag team. I turned the original Gladiators into Warmongers, I cannot remember their individual names, and had them be like Demolition to the Gladiator's Road Warriors.

I'll likely do more of those COTG/LOW crossover matches in the future I really like your idea of recycling the old cards. I've thought about doing that myself when I get to Year Two in my Fed: I'm considering using both Pit Viper & Dragonmaster but pretending that they're two separate characters. It seems like kind of a waste to just leaving the old cards lying around collecting dust.

It seems like kind of a waste to just leaving the old cards lying around collecting dust. My sentiments exactly. Especially in the early days when I did not have as many sets. I turned the old Star Warrior into his cousin Shooting Star when SW got his upgrade. I turned the new Spike into the Wasteland Warrior. Years later when I got back into it I had so many cards for Bloodline I turned one into Nitro. Then a couple years later there was a Nitro who I turned into C4. lol

Hello again fellow promoters:
Hope everyone is doing well. It’s time for some more tournament action to determine new number one contenders. As always wrestlers were ranked according to their combined win-loss record for the year. Just a reminder of who my current champions are:
Galactic Heavyweight: Encubus Interplanetary: Aethran Overmaster Television: Star Warrior Heavy Metal: Comrade Terror
Let’s get down to action!:
Qualifying Round: #63 Plethador beat #66 Vanity #65 Bloodline beatv#64 Scimitar

Second Round: #1 Star Warrior beat #53 Payback #50 Thraxx beat #2 Havoc #3 Swarm beat #47 American Guy #4 Encubus beat #46 Anivar #5 Endgame beat #44 Omega #6 Shoot beat #43 Mantis #42 Patch beat #7 Comrade Terror #8 Nosfera beat #40 Exo-King #9 Paralyze beat #38 Clinch #10 Zygon vs #35 Bishop Hell ended in a Double DQ (Both wrestlers are eliminated) #11 Sly Drury beat #34 Brute #13 Tristan beat #33 Renegade #29 Thantos beat #14 The Betrayer #16 Aethran Overmaster beat #28 Invincible Krakan #26 Ensor beat #17 Paganax #24 Actagon beat #20 Killer Queen
Because of the Double DQ between Zygon and Bishop Hell the highest ranked wrestler remaining, Star Warrior, will receive a bye in the next round.
Third Round: #1 Star Warrior receives a bye #3 Swarm beat #50 Thraxx #42 Patch beat #4 Encubus #5 Endgame beat #29 Thantos #6 Shoot beat #26 Ensor #8 Nosfera beat #24 Actagon #16 Aethran Overmaster beat #9 Paralyze #11 Sly Drury beat #13 Tristan

Semifinals: #16 Aethran Overmaster beat #1 Star Warrior #11 Sly Drury beat #8 Nosfera by DQ
Third Place Match: #1 Star Warrior beat #8 Nosfera by DQ
Finals: #16 Aethran Overmaster beat #11 Sly Drury
Title Shots Earned: Galactic Heavyweight: Aethran Overmaster Interplanetary: Sly Drury Television: Star Warrior Heavy Metal: Nosfera
Since Star Warrior already holds the Television Championship he is free from defending it this month and he will receive an automatic rematch when he eventually loses the title.
A few quick thoughts from me:
1. With Bloodline’s victory over Scimitar this now leaves Vanity as the only wrestler in my Fed without a victory.
2. Thantos is quietly moving his way up the rankings. Perhaps there’s hope for him yet in my Fed.
3. This is the second month I’ve been using the advanced rules and without a doubt the Aethran Overmaster has been the biggest beneficiary of this. He made it to the finals of last month’s tournament, won the Interplanetary Championship and now won this month’s event to score a Galactic Title Shot. If I was Encubus I would be very, VERY concerned about my championship.😰😰😰
Tag Team, Women’s and Cruiserweight Tournament results coming soon. Until next time I hope everyone has a good day.
