* Footage was shown of the horrible bump Greene took in a recent match with James Jeffries.
* In the match, Greene landed awkwardly on his head and neck outside of the ring and could not continue.
* Greene, drawing some sympathy cheers from the crowd, said that being injured gave him a new perspective.
* He promised that the fans would see no more of the “old Retrosexual,” who often resorted to cheap tactics.
AJ Smooth vs. “Retrosexual” Anthony Greene
* Greene offered a handshake to start the match but got slapped in the face instead.
* The crowd booed heavily as Smooth powered Greene up and planted him with a piledriver.
* After a bit of back-and-forth, Smooth went for another piledriver…
* …but Greene powered out of it with a back body drop!
* Greene poured on the offense, culminating with a climb to the top rope…
* …but Smooth shook the ropes, causing Greene to fall off the top turnbuckle and to the mat.
* Smooth hit another piledriver, this time for one…two…foot on the rope!
* Nonplussed, Smooth set Greene up for the
KYFO, connected, and earned a hard-fought victory.

Reno Scum vs. The Philly Marino Experience
* Adam Thornstowe and Philly Collins locked up to start the match, with Thornstowe taking the advantage.
* Despite a number of assists from his partner, Collins was never able to get anything going.
* Luster the Legend picked up the duke for his team, pinning Collins after a
SCUM STOMP.
WINNERS: Reno Scum via pinfall (6:11) ½
Exhibition Match: UGLY vs. Brian Pillman Jr.
* UGLY got a rousing “hometown hero” ovation for this match.
* Pillman seemed to feed on the boos of the crowd, backing UGLY into a corner and reddening his chest with blistering chops.
* UGLY absorbed a large number of blows, but finally shrugged them off and shoved Pillman to the ground.
* Pillman stumbled to his feet as UGLY charged, but it was a trap!
* Pillman caught UGLY coming in with a superkick, then hit his
DIRE PROMISE and it was all over.
WINNER: Brian Pillman Jr. via pinfall (3:56) ½
In-Ring Interview: The Juicy Product
* Footage was shown of the Juicy Product’s loss to IPW Tag Team Champions the Pretty Boy a month ago.
*
Chad Olson asked why the number-one contenders thought this time out would be any different.
* David Starr insisted that they had a new focus—a stronger focus than the champs.
* He dared them to come out and defend their belts right now!
* The champs came out, but Shane Taylor insisted that he and Keith Lee were “the main event.”
* Olson listened to something in his earpiece and confirmed that the tag team championship match would indeed close out the show.
RJ City vs. Death Dealer * City was looking for revenge after Death Dealer attacked him last week, but he soon found himself on the ropes.
* Death Dealer hit an early
CUTTER for a long two-count.
* City managed a brief rally and caught Death Dealer in a sleeper hold…
* …but they tumbled through the ropes and the rulebreaker regained the advantage.
* Death Dealer landed a vicious piledriver for one…two…and nine-tenths!
* City came up bleeding from his scalp after the move.
* After getting whipped into the turnbuckle, City came charging out with a huge clothesline…
* …but Death Dealer ducked, and the referee got taken out instead.
* City tried to revive the official but got blasted from behind with Death Dealer’s chain for his trouble.
* Death Dealer wrapped his chain around City’s neck and hit another
CUTTER just as the official was regaining his senses.
* The addled referee’s count was slow, but it didn’t matter—City was out cold.
WINNER: Death Dealer via pinfall (7:44) ***½
Wes Brisco vs. “Always Ready” Matt Cardona
* Brisco came out swinging for the fences, and he connected early with a German suplex that rocked Cardona.
* The fan favorite turned up the heat, ramming Cardona’s head into the turnbuckle and dropping an elbow across his chest.
* Brisco whipped Cardona into the corner, but charged right into Cardona’s boot, sending him crashing to the mat.
* Cardona proceeded to dissect Brisco, slowly working on his neck for the inevitable
JUMPING LEG LARIAT.
* The rulebreaker went so far as to drag Brisco to the floor, punishing him with kicks and a flapjack onto the concrete.
* Cardona rolled into the ring to break the referee’s count, then returned to the floor to continue the punishment…
* …but Brisco had grabbed a chair and drove it into Cardona’s ribs out of pure desperation.
* Unfortunately, the referee had a clear line of sight to the infraction.
WINNER: “Always Ready” Matt Cardona via disqualification (7:49) *½
IPW Tag Team Championship Match: The Pretty Boy Killers © vs. The Juicy Product * The match began with David Starr whipping Keith Lee into the ropes.
* Starr telegraphed a back body drop and was driven into the mat with a piledriver by Lee.
* A quick tag brought Shane Taylor into the ring, but Starr raked his eyes and made a quick tag of his own.
* JT Dunn began laying into Taylor with punches, only to have them shrugged off.
* A Canadian Destroyer left Dunn stunned, and Keith Lee re-entered the match…
* …walking right into a
DEATH BY ELBOW that earned Dunn a two count.
* Dunn and Starr proceeded to double team Lee mercilessly, and another
DEATH BY ELBOW dropped Lee to the mat…
* …but Taylor ran in to save the match—and the titles.
* Lee reversed an Irish whip into the corner, but Starr (now the legal man) sidestepped…
* …and rolled Lee up with a schoolboy and a handful of tights for one…two…the ref saw the tights!
* Starr tagged Dunn into the match, and the two men cornered the referee, arguing with him about stopping the count.
* Meanwhile, Lee rolled to his corner and tagged in his partner.
* Taylor took the fight to both of his opponents, surviving an eye rake and a double clothesline.
* With Taylor and Starr legal, each man went for a cross body block, colliding in the center of the ring.
* Starr was the first man to his feet, and he executed his
PRODUCT PLACEMENT for one…two…kickout!
* Dunn came in and began raining blows down on Taylor’s back, but the champion powered out and made a tag.
* Lee came in with a clothesline, a German suplex, and a piledriver for one…two…thr—Starr makes the save!
* Both teams made an exchange, and Starr immediately attempted to suplex Taylor, which failed miserably.
* Chad Olson announced that there was just one minute remaining in the time limit!
* Lee tossed Starr around like a rag doll before getting blasted from behind by Dunn, who tagged in afterward.
* Thirty seconds!
* Dunn whipped Lee into the ropes and ducked his head…too early!
* Lee hoisted him up with a
SPIRIT BOMB and made the cover: one…two…three?
* The timekeeper had rung the bell just as the official’s hand hit the mat for the third time!
* The referee consulted with the timekeeper…
* …then raised Lee’s hand in victory!
