I might be shifting Patterson back to singles or teaming him with Tony Garea. I love the Blond Bombers but I don't see them beating the Miracle Violence Connection.

I still think Ray should have been a bit tougher with that card. 3 level 3 moves even with two finishers does not a competitive card make.

That's quite surprising to me... The Crippler has always been very successful in tag team action for me... And with the exception of Bockwinkel, I don't think I have ever paired him up with anyone as effective (or as statistically complimentary) as Patterson... I'm excited to see how the Bombers fare in this fed. Truly appreciate the great feedback, my friend... Many thanks!

American Showdown Wrestling #12 BULLDOGS vs. POWERS OF PAIN
TULLY BLANCHARD def. Koko B. Ware via pinfall after a SLINGSHOT SUPLEX. -- Tokens: Blanchard 2 - Ware 4 -- Ware came in hot, but was unable to sustain his momentum. Using a foreign object that went unseen by the referee, Blanchard worked his opponent into a vulnerable position.
PACIFIC PLAYBOYS (Buddy Rose & Doug Somers w/ Sherri Martel) def. 2 Cold Scorpio & Marcus Alexander Bagwell via pinfall <into the turnbuckle> when Rose pinned Scorpio with a schoolboy rollup. -- Tokens: Rose 1 -- Even though they managed to dictate the pace for the majority of this match, Scorpio & Bagwell were unable to thwart the cheap tactics of the Playboys. Holding onto the ropes for leverage, Rose stole a tainted win for his team.
MAGNUM T.A. def. George Steele (w/ Lou Albano) via pinfall after a BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX. -- Tokens: Magnum 1 - Steele 3 -- Steele attacked Magnum with a steel chair while Gary Michael Cappetta was trying to complete the introductions. Reacting on instinct, Magnum grabbed the chair and smashed Steele in the face! The referee issued some stiff warnings, but allowed the match to proceed. <Magnum started on Level 3 Offense.> -- Albano did a formidable job of keeping Steele focused on the task at hand. A surprise appearance by Tully Blanchard caused a distraction that prevented a near fall, but was not enough to derail Magnum's efforts.
BIG JOHN STUDD (w/ Bobby Heenan) def. Blackjack Mulligan via submission with a BACKBREAKER. -- Tokens: Studd 1 -- A powerful performance allowed Studd to gain a measure of revenge against Mulligan for eliminating him from the 'Monsters Of Men' Battle Royal.
DICK HUTTON def. Danny Hodge in a Best of 3 Falls (2-0) match to win the LWGP Catch Class Championship. First fall was awarded to Hutton when he tapped out Hodge with an ABDOMINAL STRETCH. Second fall was awarded to Hutton when he tapped out Hodge with an ABDOMINAL STRETCH. -- Tokens: Hutton 4 - Hodge 5 -- Hutton was awarded this title shot by winning a recent Fast Break tournament and he made the most of his opportunity. Just as Hodge started to gain some real momentum, J.J. Dillon arrived to stand in Hutton's corner. A distraction by Dillon allowed Hutton to smash Hodge with the title belt, leading to a controversial finish.
POWERS OF PAIN (Warlord & Barbarian) def. British Bulldogs in a No Holds Barred match. Barbarian pinned Smith <deathjump counter> with a powerslam. -- Tokens: Barbarian 3 - Kid 1 -- The Powers Of Pain jumped the Bulldogs before Gary Michael Cappetta had completed the introductions. They sent Smith crashing hard into the rails before focusing their attention on Kid. Following a wicked double team combination, they rolled Kid into the ring. <Warlord started on Level 3 Offense.> -- The Bulldogs bounced back from the prematch assault, relying on athletic finesse to blow off this feud in triumphant fashion. When Smith went for a high risk move, Warlord shook the ropes and caused him to lose his balance. The crowd voiced its disapproval for this heartbreaking conclusion.
* Important News: Koko B. Ware suffered a legitimate injury during his match and will be out of action for 75 cards.

Great action all over the last three shows. Sensational Sherri saved Randy Savage against Lou Thesz. I also like that Sherri is managing Rose & Somers as well. Congrats to Dick Hutton on his title win and to Big John Studd on a very impressive win over Blackjack Mulligan.

Congrats to Dick Hutton on his title win and to Big John Studd on a very impressive win over Blackjack Mulligan. Sensational Sherri has a decent little stable put together... And she ensured that Macho Man didn't drop the gold... However, Thesz wants a rematch and their next meeting will be inside a steel cage. Oh, snap! This is the first time that Hutton has ever moved the needle for me, so I can't wait to see what this title reign looks like... And I think the next encounter between Mulligan and Studd will be a tag team match with Masked Superstar and King Kong Bundy as their respective partners. Always appreciate the awesome feedback, my friend... Many thanks!
