There will be big news about Overmaster. Saber will see startling unexpected events as well. The Perfect Specimen will be targeted as a result of his actions. The Overmaster getting some news? Hopefully it's not him dying or anything silly like that. Aethrans are not allowed to die (unless they kill the Minister of War, then it's A-OK). |

I see Shayne and Wolf as similar also, mainly in spirit like you said. In other ways they have distinct personalities.
Shayne's actions in 2139 will be interesting to fans of the character.
I'm up to 20,000 words and the handbook is still not done! So it will be another long one, maybe a teeny bit longer than usual. I would rather develop the characters and stories too much rather than too little and I hope promoters prefer it that way.
Today was a long day and a good one.

Yes, I am already doing more writing and I plan to do more.
There won't be two GWF sets a year though. That's too much as they have become progressively more complicated. I did a podcast interview yesterday with Mike and Broc and was looking at the 2095 handbook because that was the topic of conversation and it was such a contrast to what I am writing now for 2139. 2095 had lots of active wrestlers with far less detail about each one. I think that approach worked fine in its time, but things have changed. ORIGINS 2139 has a leaner roster but much more in-depth characterization and inter-relating of allies and feuds.
My goal is to write more of the extra spin-off sets. In fact there are eight new characters that I have created and are drawn and colored that will be released when the time is right. There is no deadline for this extra set. Then there are other openings in the months ahead for more COTG content that I look forward to providing.
Meanwhile 2139 is coming along great! Several characters are stepping forward for their time to shine. That's my focus at the moment and I am having a blast!
