Ted DIBiase v. Hacksaw Jim Duggan
DiBiase pays a young fan to bounce a basketball ten times but then boots the ball away at eight! HEAT! HOOOOO! Hacksaw is here the mood changes. Morgan Dollar calls for the bell. DiBiase is too quick. Duggan eats a wicked back elbow. Duggan slows it down with side headlock. His vertical suplex is countered. Duggan goes hard into the corner but gets the knees up to counter. Both men struggle to get something going. Back to back vertical suplexes force Duggan to take a breather. DiBiase is out. Dr. Mike Lano captures the exchange up close. Power slam from DiBiase followed by another vertical suplex. Fans are chanting for Duggan but it is all DiBiase. Rebounded off the ropes into a backdrop . . . DUGGAN COUNTERS WITH A PILEDRIVER! Counting the turnbuckle punches! DiBIase hard into the corner. And again . . . bounces out with a clothesline. DiBiase to the top . . .deathjump cross body for two. Another smash from the top. Duggan eats a kick in the corner and a back elbow. DiBiase with a clothesline against the buckles. Backbreaker . . . cover for two. Duggan into the corner again . . . knees up to block! Duggan fires DiBiase into the corner and lands a kick. Atomic drop and spinning power slam. Bear hug slows it down. Wild haymakers but DiBiase goes after the eyes! HEAT! DiBiase controls. Duggan just absorbs chops and sends DiBiase into the corner for a kick. Atomic drops . . . ROARING. Backdrop is countered. Duggan takes a back elbow to the chin. Duggan sent into the ropes . . .flying tackle! POP! Bear hug again to slow it down. Atomic drops. Double forearm smash countered. Falling fist drop from DiBiase misses. Spinning body slam and an atomic drop. DiBiase counters out of headlock and sends Duggan into the corner. Vertical suplex dead center of the ring. COBRA CLUTCH. Duggan is out cold! HEAT! Rob Van Dam w/Bill Alfonso v. Harley Race
With James Beard in the ring, the fans are braced for some wild action. It is all Race early with neckbreakers, headbutts and a back suplex. Van Dam takes a break on the floor. Race has a chair. . . WHACK ACROSS THE BACK . . .HEAT! Backbreaker . . . Van Dam bails. Race is out . . . Dr. Mike Lano is a human foreign object! Van Dam takes it back to the floor. Trading shots.
