Steelz says she is the Queen of the Knockouts now and sits head and shoulders above everyone else. Non-title Moose def. Kurt Angle by pinfall A big win for Moose over the World Champion, although it should perhaps come with an asterisk. Christian joins commentary for the match to run down Angle, while he sends Blackwood ringside. Blackwood grabs Angle's legs while Moose feigns injury, and then Angle turns right into a massive spear.

Styles says Daniels used him to become relevant in the early 2000s, and he's doing the same thing again now. AJ grants Daniels one thing, he says bringing Samoa Joe back served as a great distraction to allow him to win the X Division title, but Joe just proved he's an idiot for allowing himself to be used. Styles warns Daniels he best watch his back, because with his real best friends - Gallows and Anderson - he is coming to get his X Division Title back.
The camera cuts backstage, where Penta and Austin Aries are in a heated argument. Penta gets right into Aries' face and whispers "cero miedo".
Mike Bennett w/Maria def. Josh Alexander by pinfall Bennett opens the match hot, clotheslining Alexander over the top rope as he is removing his jacket and before the bell rings. Madison tells him to avert his weird eyes from them. Velvet Sky says they made a statement tonight, because no one can beat the Beautiful People. Angelina Love says Trish Stratus came here expecting to coast by on her legendary status, but Beautiful People are TNA legends and she is about to see what happens when you cross the line.
X Division Title Christopher Daniels (c) def. Chris Bey by pinfall to retain the title On commentary, they reveal Bey was hand picked by Daniels to send a message to Styles, who almost lost the title to him during his reign. Daniels impresses and wins with the Angel's Wings.

Xplosion! August - Week 3 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur and Elijah Burke
Tasha Steelz comes to the ring to address Candice LeRae. She says Candice made a big mistake interrupting her coronation and picking a fight she can't win, and is stupid for believing in fairytales. Steelz says life isn't fair, and you have to take what you want rather than wait for some perfect story to be written for you. She says Candice had one thing right, her title reign, like her fairytales, will be a thing of fiction.
Masha Slamovich def. Leva Bates by pinfall Bates really tries to go strike for strike with Masha, but the power difference does eventually show. Slamovich wins with the White Knight Driver.
Rhino def. Shawn Daivari by pinfall Daivari tries in vain, with Rhino lining him up and landing the Gore to win.
A sitdown interview plays for Johnny Gargano with Excalibur. Johnny says he made a big statement when he returned, that he will win the world title by the end of the year, but so far he is no closer to this than he was when he came back. He says Samoa Joe made an example of him two weeks ago, and if he is to win the world title then he needs to beat someone like Joe. He challenges Joe to a rematch at Hard Justice.
The Rascalz def. James Gang by pinfall Wentz and Xavier have youth on their side, with their speed and agility giving them the upper hand. Wentz scores the pin with a Baywood Bomb on BG James.
