Impact August - Week 3 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur and Taz
Eddie Edwards def. Wes Brisco by pinfall A good opener here for this episode. Brisco is resilient, but Edwards picks up the win with the Die Hard Flowsion. Jimmy Rave comes out on to the stage and holds it aloft while Edwards is having his hand raised in the ring.
The Beautiful People walk into the Knockouts locker room, but they are immediately confronted by Taylor Wilde. She tells them they aren't welcome in here and can take themselves elsewhere. Angelina Love grabs Wilde by the hair but Laynie Luck steps in to defend Wilde. Velvet Sky says Wilder and Luck seem to want a fight, so if one of them can beat Madison Rayne tonight, then they can have a title shot at Hard Justice.
Austin Aries joins RJ City backstage. He says Penta claims to have no fear, but maybe he's just never had anything to be truly scared of. Next week, on Impact, Aries will show him fear.
America's Most Wanted def. Lance Hoyt and Killer Kross by pinfall A superb match. AMW win when Storm lands the Last Call on Killer Kross.
Candice LeRae def. Savannah Evans by pinfall A precursor to Hard Justice's Knockouts title shot for Candice. She wins with a moonsault, followed by a missile dropkick.
Danhausen joins 'Reginald City' to talk about his match at Hard Justice, he says he keeps getting attacked by people with roid rage. He asks why Scott Steiner was even here in the first place. RJ tries to point out it was Jordynne Grace, but Danhausen's attention is already elsewhere... "Kirk Ankles!" he yells at Kurt Angle, as he and Daniel Garcia are deep in conversation nearby. Angle initially doesn't respond, but Danhausen appears right in the middle of him and Garcia. Danhausen says he has heard they need a third person for their main event six-man tag tonight and he wants to help. Before RJ can warn Kurt against it, Angle accepts the offer.
Madison Rayne def. Taylor Wilde by pinfall Rayne totally destroys Wilde, winning with a stiff boot to the head.
Madison Rayne def. Laynie Luck by pinfall Luck is fired up, but she cannot keep Rayne down. Madison wins again with Rayne Check this time, meaning neither Wilde or Luck was able to win and earn a Knockouts Tag Title shot.
Footage plays of The Rascalz beating James Gang on Xplosion. Zachary Wentz says they should be the tag champs already, but now they've beaten the James Gang, they will once again stand across the ring from the Good Brothers at Hard Justice. Dezmond Xavier warns them that this time, AJ Styles won't be there to save them.
Kurt Angle, Daniel Garcia and Danhausen def. Christian Cage, Moose and Kevin Blackwood by submission Garcia gets the win with a bridging sharpshooter on Blackwood. Danhausen saves the day though, as he trips over the referee's leg and accidentally spears Moose as he tries to save Blackwood.

Xplosion! August - Week 4 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur and Elijah Burke
EYFBO def. ABC by pinfall A dominant showing for Draztik and Ortiz, with Mike getting the pin on Bey after landing the MDK.
Samoa Joe is interviewed backstage. He says desperate men make silly mistakes, and Johnny Gargano made his when he called out Joe. Joe says he will happily show Gargano why he is not World Title material this weekend at Hard Justice.
Rich Swann def. Jon Davis by pinfall Davis gives Swann a beating, but Rich manages to fight back and win with the Chicken Fried Driver.
The Sea Stars join RJ City. Delmi Exo says Angeline Love and Velvet Sky have made enemies of everyone in the locker room and it is time TNA had Knockouts tag champions to be proud of once again. Ashley Vox says they will see Beautiful People at Hard Justice.
Portia Perez def. Velvet Sky by pinfall The list of enemies for the Beautiful People keeps growing, and Perez gets a singles win over Sky with a superkick in an excellent main event.

Impact August - Week 4 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur and Taz
The show opens with Sami Callihan dragging a bloodied and beaten Eric Young through the crowd, grabbing drinks from people and either drinking them or hitting Young with them. He hurls Young over the barrier and into the ring, then wraps his hands in barbed wire and starts throwing jabs at Young. With Young laid in a pool of his own blood, Sami takes a mic and warns him alienating Violent By Design was a big mistake, but there was one thing he was right about and that is that this only ends with the downfall of one of them. He says at Hard Justice, the only way for one of them to win is to force the other to say I Quit.
Samoa Joe def. Ace Austin by submission Austin never really gets into the match. He escapes the first Coquina Clutch though when he rolls back into a pin attempt, but Ace immediately charges at him again and this time Joe locks on the clutch tight to win.
Nicole Matthews def. Killer Kelly by pinfall A win for Matthews with a rolling elbow smash.
A promo plays for the Good Brothers. They're sat drinking beers in a bar together. Karl Anderson looks at the camera and says he can admit The Rascalz are a good team, heck, he says, they may have even caught them by surprise last time and almost won the tag titles, but he says the Good Brothers have been around the world and if there's one thing they know, it's how to get a job done. Luke Gallows says they had the thing Wentz and Xavier lack last time out, wrestling smarts. He says you must always have an insurance policy. However, he says whatever the Rascalz bring to the table at Hard Justice, it won't be enough to beat them.
The camera cuts to Kurt Angle's locker room, where Moose and Kevin Blackwood are laying an assault on the world champion. As Angle lays hurt on the floor, Christian Cage crouches next to him, warning him to enjoy his final days as champion, because TNA is about to get a leader to be proud of.
AJ Styles def. Kip James by pinfall A dominant performance by Styles, winning with a Styles Clash.
Josh Alexander joins RJ City backstage. He says Mike Bennett took advantage of him and dumped him on his head last week, but at Hard Justice he has demanded a rematch and he will get even.
Taylor Wilde, Laynie Luck and Trish Adora def. The Beautiful People by pinfall A rare loss for the Beautiful People heading into the PPV. Madison Rayne is pinned when Wilde surfboards her into a Lariat Tubman from Adora.
Christopher Daniels joins RJ City. He says he is worried for AJ Styles, worried that AJ has surrounded himself with the wrong people and is unwell. He says all he has ever wanted to do is help his friend, but AJ continues to be suspicious of him. He says he doesn't want to have to fight him again, but if that's what it takes then at Hard Justice he will do so, but he hopes in the process it reminds Styles who his friends really are.
Penta el Zero M def. Austin Aries by pinfall A five star match for the main even of Impact. Both men have periods of dominance, landing their signature offence on each other. Penta winds up hitting the Fear Factor on the apron yet again, this time he rolls Aries into the ring and lands a second Fear Factor to win.

Hard Justice August - Week 4 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur, Taz and Elijah Burke
Pre show: Thunder Rosa def. Deonna Purrazzo by count out Rosa repeatedly gets Purrazzo into a kneeling Gory Special and then hits La Rosa, but Deonna rolls from the ring to the outside and is counted out as medics check on her.
RJ City is outside Kurt Angle's dressing room, where there is two big security guards clocking entry. RJ says the world champion is being checked over right now, when a doctor emerges from the room. RJ asks for an update, and the doctor says his recommendation is that Mr Angle should not be allowed to compete in tonight's world title main event.
Pre show: Samoa Joe def. Johnny Gargano by submission Another win for Joe and another defeat for Gargano, when the Coquina Clutch is locked on. Wes Brisco jumps a dejected Gargano as he makes his way to the back.
World Tag Titles Good Brothers (c) def. The Rascalz by pinfall Wentz and Xavier start well, but soon the Good Brothers overpower them and win with Magic Killer on Xavier.
Jordynne Grace def. Danhausen by pinfall The two end up putting on an incredible match. Danhausen leads a chase around the ring initially, but then they get down to wrestling. Jordynne wins with the Grace Driver.
Christian Cage, flanked by Moose and Kevin Blackwood, joins RJ City. RJ asks him why he attacked Angle, and Christian looks him dead in the eyes and then simply says: "Why not." He pauses again for a second before taking the mic from RJ and pushing him to the side. Christian says Kurt can just say now he is not fit to compete. Christian says he will go to the ring for tonight's main event and Kurt can deliver him the world title.
Digital Media Title - Falls Count Anywhere Eddie Edwards def. Jimmy Rave (c) by pinfall An incredible match. The pair fight all around the arena, ending up in a public restroom, where Rave hits the Doppler Effect. Immediately, a stall door bursts open and reveals Danhausen perched on the toilet. As the match goes on, they are brawling amongst tech equipment, when Lance Hoyt bursts out of a box, but Eddie immediately smacks him with Kenny the kendo stick. Killer Kross then bursts out of another box and he gets the same, like a game of whack-a-mole. Edwards drags Rave out onto the entrance stage and wins with a Die Hard Driver from the stage through several stacked tables.
Knockouts Tag Titles Sea Stars def. Beautiful People (c) by disqualification Love and Sky are dominating, but cannot win. Suddenly, Vox lands a fisherman's suplex and is about to win, when Rayne pulls the ref from the ring and hits him with a title belt.
Josh Alexander def. Mike Bennett by pinfall Another absolute banger from these two. Alexander tries to jump Bennett this time from the start and Bennett tries to backdrop him, but Alexander lands on his feet. The crowd go wild as they proceed to put on a masterclass, with Josh winning with a moonsault.
X Division Title AJ Styles def. Christopher Daniels (c) by pinfall An X Division classic, both shine but it is Styles who regains the title when he lands a second avalanche Styles Clash. Styles stands over Daniels after the match and spits on him, before walking away.
Knockouts World Title Tasha Steelz w/Savannah Evans def. Candice LeRae by pinfall Evans ends up banished from ringside when LeRae hits the balls plex, but Evans drags her from the ring and lariats her. LeRae pleads with the ref not to disqualify Steelz, but turns straight into The Drop to lose the match.
I Quit Match Eric Young def. Sami Callihan Another mad brawl. Eric and Sami are hell bent on seriously maiming each other right now and both close out the match bleeding profusely. Young gets Callihan in a barbed wire assisted crossface in the centre of the ring when Madman Fulton throws in the towel. Callihan is fuming after the match, spitting blood at Fulton, cursing him out and slapping him around the face.
World Title Christian Cage w/Moose and Kevin Blackwood def. Kurt Angle (c) by pinfall Christian is waiting in the ring and the first time Angle's music plays, he doesn't appear. However, the second time Angle tumbles through the curtain, medics and referees trying to convince him not to do this. However, Angle pushes them off and for a while, he fights well, but he is very fatigued from the off. He almost pulls off a big win with an Angle Slam, but Moose hops on the apron and distracts the ref, while Blackwood clocks Angle with his own title belt. Christian pins him to win the World Title.

Xplosion! September - Week 1 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur and Elijah Burke
Grizzled Young Veterans def. The Kingdom by knockout Taven takes a beating here. Bennett tries to steal one of their scarves to choke them but both Bennet and Taven end up being choked themselves. Gibson and Drake knock Taven out with Grit Your Teeth.
We go backstage where the Goodnighthausen with Danhausen set is in place. Danhausen welcomes the viewers and says tonight he has a very nice, very evil exclusive, as he gets to introduce us to TNA's newest hire, Jake Sometimes. Danhausen says he has learned his lesson after falling foul of previous guests and wants to welcome his new colleague Mr Sometimes with a gift... he produces a 'bouquet' of broccoli. He then says the TNA audience will want to know, why does Jake have to ask crowds his name when he enters an arena, does he not know who he is? Jake Something stares at Danhausen in disbelief, before Danhausen tells him that's all they have time for this week.
Trish Adora def. Laynie Luck by pinfall This is a really good match, with both having chances to win. Adora manages to finally keep Luck down with the Air Raid Crash.
A sitdown interview between RJ City and Wes Brisco plays. RJ asks Brisco why he attacked Johnny Gargano at Hard Justice. Brisco explains it is simple, he may have been cut loose by Eric Young but he will not be last in the pack. Brisco says he will do all he can to be the ace of TNA and stand in the way of Gargano winning the world title.
Digital Media Title Eddie Edwards (c) def. Speedball Mike Bailey by pinfall A good defence for Edwards, who wins with the Boston Knee Party.

Impact September - Week 1 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur and Taz
Christian Cage opens the show in the ring, accompanied by Moose and Kevin Blackwood. Christian says the crowd should feel privileged to be in the presence of the greatest world champion. Blackwood says it is an honour to be stood in the shadows of such a great man. As Moose begins to praise Christian, Josh Alexander interrupts. He tells the champion that he was an idol to young Canadians, but now Christian is just a scumbag and it is time a new Canadian hero stepped up. Christian is furious and he whispers in Blackwood's ear, who then demands Alexander fight him right now. Josh Alexander def. Kevin Blackwood by pinfall As Christian joins commentary, Christian secures a quick win with a C4 Spike.
Trish Stratus and Ivelisse def. MK Ultra, Canadian Ninjas and Buddy System by pinfall A new tag team number one contender is crowned, as Ivelisse scores the pin on Killer Kelly with a Vertigo Kick.
Brian Myers joins RJ City backstage. He says he is refusing to stay home any longer. Myers says when he won the Ultimate X match, rather than getting a title shot, he has had to sit at home and watch others compete for the X Division title, but no more. He is coming for AJ Styles.
Pepper Parks def. Rhino by pinfall A big win for Parks, as he suplexes Rhino into the turnbuckle and then rolls him out to pin him.
Thunder Rosa is with RJ City backstage. She says Deonna Purrazzo has been playing mind games with her backstage, and is making a lot of enemies here in TNA. Rosa says she had hoped her win at Hard Justice would stop that, but now she is committed to doing whatever is necessary to end this.
As the interview finishes, the Grizzled Young Veterans come tumbling into shot, followed by a shouting Kingdom. Taven tells them they cannot just come in here acting like they own the place.

A promo plays for Samoa Joe, with clips of him choking out or knocking out opponents. Joe says you do not join a company and expect the world to be handed to you on a plate. He says first, you must prove you are the man, and despite having history in TNA, he isn't making demands, he's just taking names on the path to greatness.

Kazarian def. Speedball Mike Bailey by pinfall A dominant win for Kaz, putting Bailey away with the Fade to Black.
Excalibur has conducted a sit down interview with Josh Alexander. Josh says Christian and Edge were heroes to him and to so many young Canadians, but seeing what Christian has become hurts him. Josh says Christian isn't fit to carry the world title and is definitely not a role model. Alexander says he cannot and will not sit back and allow what happened to Kurt Angle to go unchecked. He says someone needs to stand up for TNA, and that man is Josh Alexander.
Velvet Sky def. Courtney Rush by pinfall Rush starts well, but Sky makes a comeback and wins with the Skyliner.
Jake Something def. Alan Angels by pinfall Angels does his best to fight, but Something is too strong for him and wins with the MFKR. After the match, Danhausen comes out to present Something with another gift, a massive bag of protein powder, but as he gets into the ring, he trips and hurls it all over Something. Something takes off after him as the show goes off air.

Impact September - Week 2 - Year 2 Commentary: Excalibur and Taz
Samoa Joe def. Alan Angels by submission Angels tries to pick up steam off the ropes as soon as the bell rings, but sprints straight into a Coquina Clutch.
Austin Aries joins RJ City backstage. He says he has made it very clear he is the greatest man that ever lived, but Penta continues to disrespect him. Aries says he plans to teach Penta some respect next week on Impact, by beating the life out of his brother.
The Kingdom come to the ring to mock the Grizzled Young Veterans. Matt Taven says those limey Melvins weren't ready to the cross the line and have been taken down by true veterans on the ring. Mike Bennett says they are owed some respect, and that has to start with TNA rookies like Gibson and Drake. However, the GYV are here! Gibson says they didn't come to TNA for tricks and they didn't come for politics. Drake they're here to prove they're the best tag team in the world, so maybe they'll come to the ring and knock Taven out again to prove that. As the GYV start to head to the ring, Taven and Bennett quickly leave it to escape them.
Jordynne Grace def. Trish Adora by pinfall Adora gets countered as she comes off the ropes, allowing Jordynne to win with the Fall From Grace.
Ivelisse and Trish Stratus are interviewed backstage by RJ City. Ivelisse tells him she has learned so much from Trish, and now it is their time to prove they are the top team in the Knockouts division. Trish says a legend like herself should have been treated like a Queen by management and the fans, but instead she's been pushed aside and left to slum it. She says they will show the Knockouts who is boss.
James Storm def. Eric Young by pinfall The Crist Brothers provide a distraction to Young, and Storm wins with the Last Call.
Twisted Sisters def. Laynie Luck and Taylor Wilde by pinfall A really good tag match, which is evenly contested. Holidead and Rosa win with a face plant/double stomp combo on Luck.
AJ Styles joins RJ City now backstage. He says there's a reason Brian Myers has been sitting at home, it's because no one wants him around if Matt Cardona isn't going to be there as well. Styles says TNA is nothing if AJ Styles is not a champion, so Myers best be ready to return to his couch a loser after No Surrender.
World Tag Titles Good Brothers (c) def. The James Gang by pinfall to retain Kip gets dominated by Gallows and Anderson, who retain with the Magic Killer on him. As Kip is knelt in the ring, BG James stands beside him, but the crowd are stunned when BG superkicks him right in the face and walks away.

Frankie Kazarian def. Ace Austin by pinfall A really good show opener, Kaz puts in a strong showing and wins with the Flux Capacitor.
Candice LeRae is with RJ City backstage. She says Tasha Steelz mocked her for believing in fairytales, but just like in a fairytale, evil always thrives when people stop believing. Candice says she wants one more shot at the Knockouts World Title at No Surrender, and she needs everyone to believe in her.
Goodnighthausen with Danhausen is back. Danhausen says he has invited Jake Someone back onto the show today, because there has clearly been some misunderstandings recently. Rather than Jake Something, in steps a member of the production crew who has been made to wear a fake muscle suit. Danhausen says he wants to apologise to Jake Every-now-and-again, and he hopes Jake accepts. The production crew member looks really confused, and suddenly in bursts Jake Something, yelling about Danhausen being a menace and that he absolutely does not accept the apology.
Angelina Love def. Ivelisse by pinfall A preview of their tag title match at No Surrender, Love wins a really great main event match when she lands Lights Out.
