All Matt Taven was trying to do was tie Drake's shoe, so he did not trip over his shoelace. He just could not do it in time and Drake in fact did trip over it.

All Matt Taven was trying to do was tie Drake's shoe, so he did not trip over his shoelace. He just could not do it in time and Drake in fact did trip over it. He's a very misunderstood man, is Matt Taven. But he is thankful for Melvins like yourself, who support him, or at least that's what he told me

Christian makes his way to the ring to open the show, with Moose and Kevin Blackwood in tow. He tells the crowd Josh Alexander blatantly cheated to beat him at No Surrender, because everyone knows you cannot steal other people's moves! Christian says he's not angry with TNA management, just disappointed that they have not already resolved this issue, but he's a generous guy and he'll allow them to fix it now by making Josh Alexander come out here and apologise, and hand over the World Title. Josh Alexander does come to the ring, but instead of handing over the belt he says prior to No Surrender he was open about looking up to Christian, but now he sees the man he looked up to was simply a liar and a fraud. As Alexander goes to walk away, Christian tries to reason with him, telling him to imagine how incredible it would be for two Canadian heroes like them to main event the biggest show of the year, Bound For Glory.
